I love Solar Arc charts! They need to be used in conjunction with the natal bi-wheel or tri-wheel w/transits. I use natal, progressed, Solar Arc, then transits wheel and get amazing results! Solar arc shows issues for the current year, they are excellent at timing of major events in your life, they work well with progressions also. Transits trigger them. I had my eyes opened big time when I started using them and never went back.
It is best to use only exact orbs... and use mid points with them. When they hit a mid point or planet, it activates the issue for one year, double that if a transit hits it too.
