for example.. a scorpio rising born when pluto was in scorpio will have pluto in h1.. how is that different from say someone with a pluto in libra scorpio rising?doesn't have to be pluto specifically just general observations.. IP: Logged |

I've thought about that, too.Like, for awhile you had many Scorp Ascs with Uranus in the 1st - so, a bunch of weirdo Scorp Risings (like me ), and that's definitely got to color things. I'm looking forward to this discussion. ------------------ If I've included this sig, it's because I'm posting from a mobile device. Please excuse all outrageous typos and confusing auto-corrects. Great topic!Me and my mother both have leo rising. I have a 0 degree leo rising. My first house is empty, but all my planets aspect my first house(with the exception of Jupiter). The result is that no one really knows what to make of me at first. I've been told by several people that they have never met anyone quite like me. The one consistant impression that everyone has of me is that I'm younger than my age(only scorpios have been able to guess my age correctly). My mother has a 15 degree leo ascendant first house. In her first house, she has a very powerful Jupiter conjunct Pluto. My mother comes off as exuberant, loud, and controlling. Most people are put off by this, but our family puts up with it because we know she means well. I've also learned that the more controlling my mother is, the more scared she is about something that's bothering her, so whenever she gets too pushy, I ask her what's going on, and she usually tells me. I keep in mind that the other positive factors in her chart(like her pisces moon, and that awesome grand trine she has) are more true to who she really is than the loudness and subtle manipulations she sometimes displays. well, i know a scorpio asc with pluto in 12H, me and her are very very similar, except i posses negative avenues of this energy.i have pluto square asc, my asc is in leo but since around age 13/14, the leo-sun energy has just been evaporated by pluto. in my environment my nature is, much more like a scorp ascendant, and i dislike the attention yet like it when its at my own choosing. i feel a strong need for control, and privacy. any description of pluto-square ascendant has me down to a T. Interesting... I wonder if my Saturn sq. ASC is a reflection of how I've felt my entire generation and the people I grew up around [it's in my 3rd house] were just cold and unwelcoming and it's made me want to seem stronger and less vulnerable than I really am? IDK. I have a Sagittarius ASC and it is square my Saturn in Pisces, 7 degree orb. IP: Logged |
