Lovely to see a grand trine in my first meeting chart. I have a nice synastry, a somewhat worrisome composite and have now uncovered a GRAND TRINE in the meeting chart. This I am particularly pleased about since my birth time could be a little hit and miss whilst, in contrast, the meeting time is exact. Should I allow myself to feel lucky or am I missing something here? Does anyone have experiences of first meeting chart or grand trines to relate? IP: Logged |

well since you're so keen to find outi just think all those astro patterns are really kinda not special at all. dunno. they havent popped up in my composites with frequency ------------------ True to my aqua north node, I'll always pick the choice nobody expected me to pick. ebay compatibility readings | testimonials | Past readings | Ideal compatibility (3rd post) | Q&A | What's a Love stellium? | Most important aspects descriptions | Aspects to avoid IP: Logged |

But this is a natalllllll. RAS we saw a lot of grand trines and tsquare in the longterm marriages composites people posted. I personally don't know much about grand trines in natal charts but I found this link. It gives two examples that directly relate to your grand trine (it involves mars and mars is opposite a planet) http://www.cafeastrology.com/articles/aspectpatterns.html IP: Logged |

^this is actually a first meeting chart, no? peachyNote the "Name: Meet" part it's ok i was confused too. she's talking about grand trines in compatibility and first meeting charts. not natal tho. oo but i dont remember about there being lots of grand trines in the composites ppl posted? Weren't they all just love stelliums? Oh, just found two threads: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/215940.html http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/213411.html
EDIT: I counted 4 grand trines in the first thread which is the long lasting ones. but two of them had love stelliums. i dunno still doesnt seem significant. and arent t-squares really bad things to have?lol IP: Logged |

There was a lot of tsquares. More tsquares than grand trines. I remember having a count. But I specifically remember us talking about love stelliums and noteworthy amount of astro patterns. I ll bump the thread tmrw Hahahah and RAS you should know better than anyone I skim. My bad Edit. Yeah just skimming that first link. I'm on my phone but I'm pretty sure I counted 14/19 charts had astro patterns. It was either 4 or 5 that didn't have them and a good amount had multiple astro patterns

Thanks for the link.It says - If one of the three points of a Grand Trine is in opposition to a planet, it gives the Grand Trine an opportunity to manifest more brightly. In such configurations the most important point of the Grand Trine is the point which has the opposition aspect; and the point opposing it reveals unrealized aspirations, the fateful area of a horoscope. In this instance, Mars is opposite Neptune. This could mean a number of things - spiritual aspirations and development or the need to overcome "a vulnerable nature that may be susceptible to disillusionment" . Hmmmm. IP: Logged |

but if t-squares were in most the married composites, wouldnt that be a bad thing? wouldnt that just be more proof that theyre not true.^oh ok well you'll have to show me later what these patterns are. it's pretty late now. tomorrow! IP: Logged |

I just thought it was worth mentioning the frequency of astro patterns in general of the long term married composites posted on that thread. I wasn't saying a tsquare in a composite was bad, but then again I don't think it's fair to say its "bad" in a natal either. But I do think it represents something that has to be balanced. It's still pretty crazy how often they popped up in that thread. I don't understand "why" but it's worth looking into more. Goodnight!

To me Grand Trines are just what they suggest.I have seen in any chart it is a sign of great harmony. In natal, if there is a grand trine, expect the person has a harmounious vibe, especially, relating to that element. Same in synastry, harmony is added to the relationship through the Grand Trine. Having one in your first meeting chart suggests good vibrations and easy flow of thigs imo. IP: Logged |
