Three Questions-

1.What natal aspects or Houses in a man's chart refer to divorce or more than 1 marriage?
2.Does this have anything to do with transits and/or progressions, if not shown in the natal?
3.If so, what type of transits/progressions?

According to predictive astrology "Having mutable signs Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces on the first and seventh-house axis usually indicates more than one marriage.

The seventh house is suppose to determine the first marriage
The Eleventh house the Second Marriage or other astrologers look at the ninth house for the second marriage
The third house is the third marriage of a person "

Transits of Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, or Pluto to the 1st house and/or 7th house can cause people reevalute themselves or relationships

Personal planet progressing into a hard aspects to Neptune could mean disillusionment possibly, personal planets progressing into hard aspects to pluto power struggles to must intensity. People with inflicted Uranus in the natal with these sort of transits at the same time could be more likely to divorce .

More from predictive astrology " When the Sun or Venus progresses to the 28th or 29th degree = big changes in life."

Pisces in 1st, Gemini in 3rd. Virgo in 7th and Capricorn in 11th.

So, I'm doomed. Zero for Three.

From my research, for a man. (these are traditional placements)

Sun conjunct venus.

Venus in the 7th house (not great for men) may give a lovely wife, but she may not be as committed etc. Unless exalted or well aspected.

North or South node in the 7th house.(for both male and females)

Saturn in the 7th (if the native gets married before 30)
(for both male and females)

Thanks a lot for replying guys

@ ail221 and Kerosene

When you say that 9th house and 11th house refer to 2nd marriage ..... Do you mean what aspects the rulers are making or what planets are present in those houses?
Which one is it? And what exactly should be happening in those natal houses or to the rulers?
Thanks ...Plz explain...

Let me clarify, a potential for multiple marriages is when both the ruler of the 1st/7th are in not only mutable signs but intercepted as well.
Explanation of intercepted signs and houses : http://www.bobmarksastrologer.com/Intercepted_signs.htm

Well the author of the art of predictive astrology says other astrologers use the 9th house because it rules not only philosophy but law & legal ethnics and marriage is a legal matter this is why the 9th is used. I suppose the 11th house is used because it represents out friendships, and acquaintances of like-minded attitudes. Therefore you'd want to marry someone similar to you after divorce.

Probably both the rulers of the sign and the sign itself for the second marriage.

Don't forget about Jupiter through the 7th house,
it can give you enough rope to hang yourself

spread that love around
