In all house systems my Sun in Scorpio is placed in 6th house, though it belongs to the 7th sign (about 7 degrees conjunction with descendant in Scorpio).

I notice most of the partners I attract and am attracted to are people with Angular placed Suns. Even my current boyfriend is Sun/Jupiter/Mercury/Chiron/MC in 10th house for example.

I'm wondering if my Sun near the DC has anything to do with this (attracting angular sun people) or if its just pure coincidence.

As you see, Sun is near DC trine exalted Jupiter in 3rd (ruled by a succeedent moon in Triplicty)... Am I on the right track with this reading or is it just pure coincidence that I. usually end up with an angular sun partner?

It doesn't matter if the planet isn't in *the* angular house...if it's conjunct an angle, it's angular, period.

So yeah, I'd say a seven degree conjunction to the descendant angle, makes it angular. Sure, the orb is a little big, but I'd 'count' it.
