yea I think astrology probably doesn't have much to do with body height as does genes. My son's father is 6ft plus and he has the same placement as me, pluto in 1st conj asc

Also noticed sometimes if there's too much fixed energy in the chart, the person is short (not necessarily tiny). Lots of mutability usually makes for tall and slim, but can be short and slim too. But I have yet to see a short person with all big 3 mutable.

I have a Sun cancer, and Venus Cancer...I am 5'1 but also slender...and I don't have big boobs either. Button nose. Small and even a bit pointy ears. Small hands. Both Sun and Venus would square my asc and pluto Libra.

My best bet at this point, without having seen an entire chart, is Pluto in the first, could probably have somewhat the same effect physically as having a Scorpio Ascendant.

Having said that, again, all planetary energies symbolize more than one thing and can manifest a ton of different ways, which is probably why some people with Pluto angular, aren't short.

The last time I had an official, proper height measurement (by this, I mean in a doctor's office), was probably in my mid to late 20s, and the nurse said I was 4'11' and a quarter inches, exact.

I have a lot of fixed energy in my chart too, so that right there disproves any generalization that fixed emphasis = tall.

I'm an Aquarius Ascendant too, which everyone insists means I should be six feet tall. Not only that, I have Uranus conjunct my midheaven and trining my Ascendant, and my South Node is in Aquarius. I have a planet in the 11th house aspecting both luminaries. I totally blow a hole in the theory that all Aquarian/Uranian people, are giants physically.

Anyway... maybe it's a Moon-Mercury thing...?And, not just a Mercury-alone phenomenon??? My Mercury aspects my Mars/Pluto by sxt and semisq's my Saturn all those in Scorpio... but my Saturn is opposite Moon... I have Merc bQ Moon too...

That's why I'm thinking maybe it's Moon + Mercury related... just a thought~ k! =x

All I know is the women in my family are all significantly shorter than average... but I am, by far... the shortest. *sulk*

All the men are taller -
but for the record they are by vast majority Uranian/Aquarian - Arian/Mars heavy --- all my male relatives are over 6'... the tallest member of our family (ever) was over 6'4" but he died when he was /only 15/ (intestinal Cancer back in the 1930's, he was born April 19th year unknown fwiw)....

So yeah - I'm just guessing, maybe Uranian-Martian energy makes for a taller individual - But, perhaps Mercurial-Lunar energy makes someone petite???? What does everyone think? Do we have any Martian-Uranian dominant people here or(other) Mercurial-Lunarian???
Could it have something to do with feminine/masculine energies???

The torso is ruled by which sign??? ~ curiosity/laziness!! ^^ sorry~ is there one sign or house associated with the torso (as a whole?).... legs would be Capricorn/Saturn... but, you can have long legs and a short torso, or short legs and a long torso... so it's sorta important to understand both, I think... ^^
