What aspects to Mars in the 12H would cause fear?

Maybe it's better phrased as what would Mars in the 12H be scared of, would it be scared of anything? I don't know how to explain the connection between fear and Mars but I was just wondering.

Maybe a fear of openly expressing masculinity if you are male, like aggression etc., and being assertive if you are female? Like deeply hidden anger and action within you are too worried or scared to express?
