Normally uranus is supposed to produce unstable effects on a relationship. It might cause on again-off again timing or feelings could come and go...

What if uranus is the 7th house ruler of both individuals' natal charts and the composite chart though?

A composite stellium of Venus, sun, mercury, chiron, and Jupiter in Gemini opposite uranus in sagittarius, composite descendant in aquarius. And both people have an aquarius descendant.

Would it have more of a binding effect in this instance?
