What ascendant would say that? I'm guessing (I'll put my guesses up later). This person is a Scorpio Sun, Libra Moon, Sag Merc & Venus, with Leo Mars.

I used to have a flatmate who had her Moon in Libra. She seemed quite mental about arranging objects in a certain way.

I haven't yet brought up astrology in depth to her (other planets, asc, so forth). I do remember her mom and my mom talking about when we were all born and her mom saying she was born at night. But I could be mistaken about late pm or early am. That conversation was during the early 90's so I could be off.

She's EXTREMELY private about personal stuff. Her appearance is very well put together and clean. She dresses classy/casual/slightly conservative. This leads me to think either Cancer, Virgo, or Scorpio.

I have Moon in Libra conjunct Pluto and I am that way! Clutter and mess drive me absolutely nuts! Before I sit down and relax, everything must be clean. The only exception is if I'm in a rush or really tired. But that could be my Virgo Asc.

Sun in Scorpio tends to like their bedroom as their favourite place in their home. This is the place of where the ambiance is of peace, relaxation;to "regroup" and "rethink".

I don't know many Scorpio suns who'd be pleased to have their "downtime" disturbed by noise and all sorts of things. Gemini/Libra Sun's are more flexible.

Moon in Libra likes enetertaining at home or having friends over. I'd rule this one out as prominent. The bedroom is no place for the Libran moon. A social restaurant with freinds and the desired lover? Yes

Mars in Leo can be a perfectionist; although this "perfecting" is likely to be done by a maid/helper or cleaner. They just "peruse" that everything is in order.They can be suprisingly fussy though.

I'd have to say that the Sun is in the 4th; putting Mars in 12th. Leo Ascending.

Here is her chart with 12pm birth time. Leo Asc is interesting. I will most likely just ask her the next time we speak, but I want to see if I can get it right before she tells me. I'm really leaning towards Virgo though because of how she dresses and can sit in a room and just observe like I do (I'm Virgo Asc). Another thing is, she is very private so I doubt all her planets are above the horizon in her chart.

Caps like to have their place of solace a very certain way - after working as hard as a typical Cap (placer) usually does for hours and hours... they don't like fussing with things, and like to know where to find stuff, and that they are finally safe and able to soak up the harmony from their surroundings...

Now~ I would say Virgo too, I'm one and so is my husband --- but... *sniffle* when do I ever get to sit down and not fuss over everything everywhere..... uhuh.. and that guy... (husband)... he couldn't care less as long as there was a bed in there for him to crawl into at night.... X___X --- it's the truth tho! lol admit it Virgoans... those mental gears never stop spinning... doesn't matter how your comfy comforter is, you're probably not going to be satisfied ith it anyway... you'll be fixing it three times before you even leave your bedroom... >.>; (ohhh yes, I am one of them...) *neuroticperfectionist*

So - Libra I think is possible, but hard to say there... since she's already influenced by the moon.. it could be that the moon is cnj her Asc then though! and that would make sense to me, given that sort of exclamation... or was it an admonition? can't tell! haha >.<; if her asc were in Libra and was almost or cnj to pluto or moon or both then it would sxt her venus/neptune in Sag --- which could. in order to feel secure/cozy, make her want her stuff in its own place; and everything would be sure to have a place, one that is pleasant and balanced to all her senses... ^^; (it would also put 12h Virgo with her NN and Saturn in there and her IC in Cap - only lending to her fastidiousness, I think...)

ummm... ^^; mehhhhbe??? I'm leaning towards option 2 - Libra Asc... for all the astro-reasons mentioned above... but also because I immediately thought of my mother-in-law and my own mother when I read within the quotations!
