My natal Chiron is in cancer 3H, currently chiron is transiting my 7H in Scorpio. Ceres (conjunct natal ceres) and "ahem" Saturn (natal saturn libra 6H) are there too

If Chiron is the wounded pain that never heals what does its current transit mean? My relationships or lack of love life hurt me deeply? Any real life stories?
