Sag sun does not go well with a Taurus sun female, completely opposite approaches to life.

On the surface there are similarities, underneath though, ime it is not going to work.

Stodgy Taureen and Dancing Saggy..leads to a gulf.

My close family has this exact combo, my aunt is a Sag and my uncle is a Taurus.

Over the years they have disagreed on many things. And yet, he continues to do as she pleases and push on ahead [the steady working bull! not even kidding] and taking like 3 jobs on at a time just to make her happy. Taurus is stubborn and he is a stubborn provider. They have a few kids and even though they don't get along that well 1/2 the time he would never be the type to divorce her.

But she really hates his Earth dominance - not only does he have Taurus Sun, he also has it in his Mercury and Venus. She is total fire... also has Moon-Mars in Gemini and she instigates many verbal fights about why he isn't more open, why he is so boring, why he is so empty and thickheaded etc...LOL it sounds so bad when I write it all out. I think they have calmer moments and nicer ones too. But man... this is NOT the couple that should settle down together. He forces himself to provide so she doesn't and it runs him ragged.... she is bored and stressed and restless with her new lifestyle of having two young kids, the Saggie within rebelling against the conformity he seemed to instigate in her by wanting a family and not wanting to move away... it just isn't working out and yet, he is too stubborn to quit, and she doesn't have the initiative to divorce either since life would get much harder for her.

Kind of a funny but sad story. Not all couples with this combo are like this I'm sure. But I just wanted to tell my personal story and see how the two differences between the signs are REALLY obvious between these two and how they've lead to growing issues. So yeah, I can see a couple like this maybe dating long term, but it might get worse if they had more than one kid together, especially if the girl or guy is a triple Taurus and the Sag person just gets more and more restless.

If my Sadge/Gem dominance has lent itself to anything --- ~___~ ..................
(you do the math, I'm 22% Sagittarius/10% Gemini - the other significant majority is 26% both Cancer/Capricorn - all else is insignificant)

so... if it means anything... in relation to others of the same dominance, mode, or sun pairings...
IME-
...no fair so well, 'cept those who had a lot of mutable in their chart too. (
the one who had Saggy/Gem influence... sure, that's probably why it lasted long as it did... the second best had Libra/Sag placements... all had some Libra/Sag placements obviously do to generationals, another had a little Scorp, the latter was the shortest duration/least successful.)

Otherwise it is (the success rate) the same as with any fixed sign - mutable sign relationship, I think. :/

I'm still more than 50% mutable, and very much Sagittarius dominant. My post was made with a broader perspective clearly; I thought that much was obvious, it was for if you should wish to consider things in full context... sure there will be a nice Sagittarius out there who will have more fixed placements over others who may have more cardinal and more mutable dominance... I was merely stating from my own mutable vs fixed dynamic experience overall... and giving as best an impartial regard to how things played out based on the aspects as possible... so whether or not I am Capricorn (sun), should be the least of your concern... What should deserve your attention is whether they have squares/semisquares, oppositions, and yes those "oh so fun" quincunxes to your own placements... (don't you have enough difficult aspects to deal with in your natal chart alone as is?) ^^;

I'm Pullen Sadge dominant by 22.9%!!! (any change in chart system will alter that even more to the favour of Sagittarius dominance and will increase my mutability factor! either my mercury or my moon are moved into Sagittarius/Gemini, or both!!! And, with that... in Sidereal/Vedic, I'm of course a Sagittarius Sun as well...)

*FYI* I never said you /had/ to take anything I post into account, in fact I did state, "if it means anything" and that it was "IME"~
so... non mea culpa

~lol

ummm... wait... what do you care about Sagittarius when you have an Aries anyway???

oh boy r u fickle.... (*exasperating man who acts more like a.... Gemini*) /smh

ouuuuuuuu, I get it!!!! ^^

You moved onto your progressed sun, eh???

=PpPp

Why do I need to make a long post out of something so easy?~

oh... but first you'll need to borrow a page from AquaG's playbook~ :0!

remember!!! your aiming for something like...

"We" don't all want a grizzly bear~ lmfao --- but you know... Sag girls tend to like em without the prissy element~ (oh dear what will you do with your Leo Moon!!?)

the rest is child's play... literally!~

treat em like a real man should treat a woman, but play like a boy...

(your Leo Moon will help with the 2nd bit at least!)

always make yourself handy... (sometimes even in the lewd way)... always be ready to get dirty... (again sometimes even in the lewd way)... lmfao

Sadge girls are simple compared to Aries and Leos... or the ones I've known have been...

But, again - I stress, some of them had more placements in cardinal or just as well were mostly mutable like me, then the fixed ones were a bit harder for me to maintain the same rapport* with... =/

But, that may be right up your alley~! find a fixed Centauride! <3

GL!!! ^____^
