just curious..

i don't think i'm the type but it does make for a smoother life lol!

i suppose if things don't work out with my current partner, which have always been rocky ever since anyway, i could see myself completely avoiding relationships/ dating/ sex. mostly coz all those three mean the same thing to me.

for the past 3 years i have, and still am avoiding relationships. i am just not ready for anything like that.im also celibate too. i'm too focused on school and work... and flirting lol. sometimes whenever i'm feeling really *cough* "lonely", i call or hang out with a guy i like (not truly like) and fell comfortable flirting with, and that's all i need to quench my thirst lol. i can't deal with being romantically involved with anyone yet. this could have something to do with my progressions though

I haven't really been on the market lately, following a crazy love story. guess I just want someone who will feel right. So far I'm not interested in anyone, their fault not mine.

Know quite at least 2 people w this placement who have no trouble finding new stuff and actually take steps in between.

Having said that, I defo would never date a guy with a hard Venus aspect, the fewer deficiencies the better!

Agree though u r young. And it seems that ur problem is only in the initial phase.

I keep wanting these shiny things.

Raises hand. I have that placement and feel similarly.

When I was younger I went through a phase that many girls do, obssessing over finding my soulmate, but I got over that nonsense.

It's not because of relationships that didnt work out, that i don't want one either. Just right now (and for awhile now) and probably for a long time to come, I am not interested in romantic relationships. There is just no desire to have one anymore.

Sometimes I do because I'm just lazy. For 2012, my resolution was no relationships, and that was easy as hell,

i definitely went through that and am now finally at a point where i feel ready for one. it's a journey to find yourself when those two are square, so for some it's hard to be so intimately connected with someone when your own self is hard enough to understand.

I can relate to this one:

Moon square or opposition Venus

Because these people value harmony, they may find themselves giving in to others too easily, especially in the first half of life. Resentment is possible, as they feel that they are the ones who seem to do all the acquiescing. There can be a distinct tendency to become friends (and lovers) with people too readily, simply because there is a strong need for approval and a hunger for receiving affection. As such, these people may get involved with people who seem to really like them, and they don't consider whether they actually like them back! It's somewhat of a weakness, as these people are very charmed by the idea that someone seems to really like them and appreciate them. Generally, one of life's lessons for these people is to learn to discriminate more and to get in touch with what they truly want and need.

The functions of the Moon (which rules the emotions and feelings, amongst other things) and the functions of Venus (which rules social relationships, harmony, and partnership, amongst other things) are at cross-purposes. When these people attempt to feed the needs of one function, it is often at the expense of the other, until they find some sort of balance. This can play out in a variety of ways. For example, there can be conflicts in partnerships about parenting or whether or not to have a family. They can find themselves compromising their own emotional needs in order to find and keep love. Peace and harmony are important to these people--perhaps too much so, as they can easily be taken advantage of. Insecurity is something that these people need to deal with at some point in their lives.

Very sensual, people with Moon in hard aspect to Venus sometimes replace love with food or shopping! They are also usually quite sexually active and sometimes quite lustful. They are usually skilled in the arts. There is a distinct lazy streak. Most are able to work hard, but they truly appreciate luxuriating and enjoying as many pleasures as possible, and self-discipline simply isn't always at their disposal!

All true - at least at some point or another.

It's "me time" now.
