Transit saturn sq natal sun is worse, imagine a long stand still despite everything you try the more you push the harder you get knocked down. Basically it forces you to slow down and work on yourself.

Sorry, I am too impulsive sometimes. I think I just got out of tSaturn square nSun. I am not really aware of the meaning of this aspect, but the last months I haven't experienced 'bad' things at all.

Saturn in Libra squared my Cap sun in 7th then my Saturn and NN...

I had just finally started taking classes for my major (extremely difficult classes compared to what I had been used to that were over my head at first) and for some reason decided I wanted to put even more stress on myself by deciding to double major..

Looking back that wasn't the best idea because at times I literally could not keep up, school and work pretty much consumed my life and I did not handle the stress well..

My social life was kind of non existent and I was also struggling to cut ties with an ex who I had been in an unhealthy relationship with

I wouldn't say I pulled through all that entirely gracefully, but by the end of the transit I did learn how to pace myself with school and have a more balanced social life.. And I no longer have any contact with my ex...

So yeah, I guess I'd say just look at the sign and house your sun is in to see where the challenges are going to be. And keep it in perspective because it will get easier..

I had Saturn opposite my fourth house moon a couple of years ago. I was so depressed! I just felt ignored, unloved, etc.. I was really into this guy but I felt very rejected by him. I was seeing this other guy too, but my feelings for him diminished at that time. The feelings came back after the transit was done, though. I live with my parents but during that time they were always away. I felt so alone, and the worst was when saturn was retrograding over my moon. The last pass of the transit wasn't as bad- I got a really busy job and never saw my family. The job was temporary and ended once the Saturn opposite moon transit ended.

I wonder if this is why I have been taking love VERY seriously and slow to date anyone. I thought it had something to do with my Venus opp Saturn in natal but this may have something to do with it.

Hmm hmm hmmm. I ll share my experiences with this as they come

had saturn in libra opposite natal moon and sun in late 2009. i have saturn trine sun/moon natally.

unfortunately, i knew nothing of astrology at the time, so wasn't able to forsee any of what was about to unfold. i fell into a karmic black hole with a saturn conj sun taurus male, around this time. in synastry we had opposing saturns.
soon after tsaturn crossed my asc, the relationship started it's downward slide. by the time it left libra, it was over. i still consider him to be the love of my life, it wasn't all bad. but the break up was saturn hell. the worst ever. but i mainly learned a lot about myself, in a very short space of time.

I am going through both of those transits now.

Well, not much has changed except at one point I felt very emotionally detached from my friends and went through a minor depression over it. And I also felt we were different in fundamental ways. A lot of the people I know are generally self-absorbed/narcissistic, and interested in attaining celebrity (well the Virgos anyway), and the ones who aren't are like... smack-you-in-the-face-with-a-bible Christians. Or conspiracy theorists. And I am all for any kind of Faith that gets you from point A to B... but to condemn me and stuff because I am more personal about my beliefs is pushing it. Not to mention, all my buds have gone in different directions in life.
I am also trying to build confidence in myself and reach my goals. I do everything for other people and for approval, and yet I am clueless as to how to make myself happy.

And to top it off, I just started tSaturn sq Venus. And sooner or later, Mercury. But, this too shall pass.

Sun is my 9th house ruler (despite being in the 8th house)
Moon is the ruler of my 8th houser (though residing in the 5th house)
