What aspects in synastry would make that? Or maybe it's something in the natal. What planets would be involved, oh! and signs? ex. friends with benefits.

Friends with benefits is not strictly sex.

I would think people who can have a strictly sexual relationship would be very comfortable in their own body, sexually happy and up for anything - and they would not have moral/religious beliefs against this.

In natal they could have easy sex-related..aspects such as: Venus/Mars trine, Moon/Venus trine, Moon/Mars trine, Venus/Pluto trine, Mars/Pluto trine (or sextiles) etc
I think easy aspects would make the person easy going and more open minded.
I'd expect Uranus thrown in the mix as well - because Uranus/Aquarius energy challenges social norms.
