Buffet has huge invested capital and therefore generates high income, far above what Trump can imagine. Trump also makes all decisions himself in an autocratic manner. Buffet hires the best on his side and delegates authority. Kid with a lemonade stand spends $1 to make $5, he is a genius compared to guy who invests $1BN and makes $2BN. Kid with lemondae stand has a much higher ROE, ROI and ROA. And who gives a crap about private life? That's his business and none of ours.
Swagger is the whole package. As for his ROI/ROA/ROE and IRR, he takes far more risks especially in a cyclical market like real estate, even high end real estate. His NJ casino was literally bleeding money, this is one of the reasons he would not be on my list. A guy like Paul Graham? Yep, creative, smart, no need for an Apprentice type circus, you get few chances to impress him with your project, if he likes it then it is launched after a mentorship, if one is full of Bravo Sierra out you go stop wasting his time. That to me is swagger or better said Mastery. IP: Logged |

I'm not so much into her, but I really like women like that. Confident, fiesty and relentless. Women with chutzpah and more testicles than half of men out there. http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/ticket/clinton-face-lawmakers-benghazi-attack-090039480--politics.html IP: Logged |

I believe that term came about wayyy before rappers were even thought about.

The term existed but now it's something else. Like, StacyLewis said it's slang for charisma, but I don't see any charisma as of late coming from any one who uses the term. "Swag" says the guy crossing the street at a leisurely pace, disrupting traffic and grinning smugly. IP: Logged |

Mars in Sag have swagPrince Harry has that, and a past ex had it too, he was really popular. I think his Leo sun helped too. I also had another ex that had Venus conjunct Uranus by a degree (if I remember) he knew everyone and was pretty confident. It really might be a fire thing because this guy had a Venus in Sag. Sag placements are loads of fun <3 IP: Logged |
