what are the noticable differences between moon in the 6th and moon in the 7th and how can they be seen on the personality or behaviour of the person?

There is a huge difference.

I have Moon in 6th. Moon in 6th is very concerned about their health, and the moon cycle as well as their moods, affects their health, and vice versa.
Moon in 7th feels most comfortable in a partnership/relationship. They might be more sociable and prefer to be in a relationship rather than be single.
Moon in 6th person might find comfort in routine and/or work, whereas the Moon in 7th might find comfort in literature/romance/relationships.

I have moon in H6 at critical degree, entering the 7th house cancer...am not super conscious about my health, but I don't like eating fast foods, drink a lot of water, go to my zumba class regularly, not for the exercise but more for the fun part, I love to dance

But relationship is very important to me, I have a stellium in the 7th house,being cancer butall the planets sun, mercury,venus and saturn in Leo.It doesn't mean I have to be in a relationship, but that I will only invest myself emotionally in only meaningful ones. I can live single for years, I don't really feel the need to get hooked to someone, but there is a feeling of being incomplete that stays with you.So I think I feel the effects of my moon more in the 7th house than in the 6th I guess.

Depends how it's aspected.

People with Moon in 6'th house - can relate to work from an emotional point of view, always be busy with some type of activity, might even bring their work at home or work on something else. Their sense of home and security has a lot to do with their job - this people have a hard time dealing with unemployment even if their part of a family with a good financial situation or money aren't necessarily a problem during that time...

People with Moon in 7th house might find a partner in need for nurturing or might be the ones that feel the need to be nurtured... They tend to be moody in relationships, but even more than that - they shouldn't get in a relationship until they're able to face the world (a sense of work - and dealing with the world of mature people) - or they'll place that burden on their mate and will find a hard time growing-up latter.. Either that - or their partner is in that position, so it-s also recommended to get interested in their partners situation before getting in a relationship - or they'll end-up playing the mommy for a long time wile their partner would spent most of the day on a console playing video games (just an example)...
