I have seen these two signs in their worst moments, and yes, they both like to stir drama or at least, make people tick, but, for different reasons, for gems, it is more of a game. Scorps, it is just to cause pain, gain control or some emotional catharsis.
They both can have a very cruel tongue, when gems and scorps get mad. Ouch, the words that come out.

On the positive, they both like to know, but scorps want to know to reach some depth, gems are more lighthearted about this.

In terms of compatibility, they seem to have a love/hate thing going on. An odd fascination.
But I see it times and times again, a Scorp cannot win against a Gem.

Um.. Well, there may be some similarities.
But all in all, they're really quite different.
I think Geminis who are *really* Gemini-like are *nothing* like Scorpios.
They're light-hearted, outgoing, and fickle (yes, yes I've just said that).
Scorps on the other hand are more private, deeper, and definitely more possessive rofl.
