S-turn in Pisces is my only mutable planet. I suppose it could be a singleton, but I find elemental sngletons more active.IP: Logged |

Do singletons only relate to personal planets or all including asteroids? IP: Logged |

My Venus in Gemini (along with Chiron) is my only mutable. I dunno, i notice it rather strongly but then again, it also dispositions my entire Taurus stellium and is in mutual reception with my mercury which is conjunct my sun.IP: Logged |

Moon in Virgo only mutable planet! Well, I have Chiron there too; and a Gem ASC so.. I'm quite mutable, for sure. I can adapt easily to people and can be changing. But all in all I'm definitely more fixed.Elemental singletons are definitely stronger, imo. IP: Logged |

In my case it's Mercury in Sagittarius.
Quite often I act goofy even when there's no one around, I like teasing and making people laugh, I can be blunt, I'm open-minded and spiritual and freedom is important to me. I'm curious about loads of things and my dream is to travel around the world. So I guess it has some impact on me Oh, and I'd love to try archery in the future By the way, Mercury is also my chart ruler ------------------ Do you have some chocolate? IP: Logged |

I'm gonna push you, quote: AriesKat: Do singletons only relate to personal planets or all including asteroids?
I'm going to say planets are felt the strongest. It's virtually impossible to have a singleton if you count asteroids (depending on the number), so if you include them, do so with discretion as to how major the themes are of that asteroid. Personal planets tend to act more, as in you'll embody those traits more, while outers are more defining, as in it's not specific, but an overall influence. That's what I've noticed! I also tend to count the AC among with planets, but not the MC or other angles. IP: Logged |

^Jupiter in Leo singleton, opposite Sun. Your opinion on yourself (Sun/Aquarius) is skewed (Jupiter/Leo). sand's Uranus in Sagittarius. Doesn't do what you expect while still enjoying himself first - I think this would be his equivalent of a peach blossom star. IP: Logged |

Ahhh interesting. One girl up here told me that a singleton is not a singleton unless it's un-aspected or something or the other... So out of curiosity, what would you say for a Saturn in Aquarius (only air sign)? And Pluto in Scorpio (only water sign)? Although I'm more interested in Saturn given I have my inner stuff in the 8th house and it might have less weight. IP: Logged |

That's part of the journey, aquaguy. I already delved into your Sun/S-turn conjunction by following my feelings and talking about your past. Lazyscarecrow; singletons and unaspected planets are supah different! Both are special though. Any ways, those singletons... Hmm. Well, truth be told, I think I'm more accurate when I get to know what I'm dealing with. Like having a picture (personality traits) which I can sort the puzzle pieces (natal chart) into. Pluto in Scorpio, I've observed though. I find people with only Pluto in Scorpio as water will have an intense personality. Now, I don't mean particularly in a Scorpio manner, but in the manner of their other planets. Someone could be intensely Aries if they have a strong Aries placement, for example, when combined with singleton Pluto in Scorpio. Look at aquaguy again. His Sun/S-turn is at a wide orb (6 degrees), but being half in Aquarius, half in Capricorn, S-turn is super powered. Add Scorpio Pluto fuel, which is his other singleton, and the burdens that defined him are now that much heavier. S-turn in Aquarius...hmmmm...they might be a little flighty. Or they'll make decisions and later go back on them? Possibly strict, and they know what they want or they know themselves. Maybe a little irritated. IP: Logged |
