For those who haven't heard the MTV show called "Catfish: The TV Show", it's about imposters who create fake profiles, and manipulate people into thinking their falling in love with someone there not. The director of this show helps the victims who've been manipulated by allowing them to meet these people behind the fake profiles.

For me probably being a stereotypical suspect of manipulation:
Scorpio Sun/Mars/Pluto 8H
Pisces moon 12H/ASC
I think it's one of the saddest things when a person tries to be someone they're not or takes another's identity. It's one thing to make a Fan page for a person you like, but to take someone's picture and tell everyone that it's you can ruin their reputation. For instance, I had a friend who was impersonated, and found out by the company she was applying for when they did a search/background check on her. Of course I wouldn't count celebrities into the mix since it's easy to know which profiles/sites are really theres and which aren't. That being said I still find it sad that people want to do that to anyone. At the end of the day, your identity is all you have.

So instead of stereotyping which signs or aspects would be behind this. Answer this multiple choice question and State your strongest planet/house.

What would you do if you found out someone created a fake profile about you?....
(A) Report them, and try to get profile deleted.
(B) Embrace it, it's quite flattering.
(C) Nothing, if I didn't expect this to happen I wouldn't have posted my pics on the internet in the first place.
(D) Expose the imposter, and let everyone know there profile is fake.

I have a fake profile floating around. My friends made me one due to my refusal to join Facebook lol! Unfortunately the name has a joke attached to it.

Fake profile of me I wouldn't care. They don't live my life. When I wake up Tom I'm still gonna be Lebron James.. Erm.. Sand!

That's good My only thing is experiencing Catfish through a friend who I mentioned before found out someone made a fake account about her through the company she applied for. This imposter talked to a bunch of different guys sexually, including conservations about drugs and violent acts. This unfortunately got in the way of her getting the job because they mistakenly didn't believe that was a fake account.

Here I believe it's mostly celebs whose identity gets stolen but there's twitter now for that. Online dating isn't a huge thing here I think.

I really don't care nor do I sympathise for people who fall for this.
I did have some fake profiles of myself during the myspace era.
Parents should keep tabs and educate their children and people should be cautious about online relationships.
I have an online friend but we've webcam'd quite a few times.
Also with facebook its easy to detect a fake profile

Well like I said, I wouldn't count celebs into the mix because you can't "steal" their identity and it's so much easier to figure out there offical sites/profiles, unlike a normal person's. Do you really think if someone's username here is Lady Gaga that person is the real Lady Gaga? Lol

I actually got into watching this... =x I may even have a tiny crush on the director...

I can't understand the way people think who do these things... it might make for an interesting show, but how bored with your life, or lacking in self respect does one have to be to feel the need to or amusement with, becoming an impostor, whether done in malice, or emulation... it's corrupt... and only a corrupt person in my opinion would do such a thing. >.<;

then again, I loath manipulations, and injustice... this is both~

My strongest planets (pullen & colour rank them at near the same) Mercury-Jupiter, house? I'd say where they are, (Sagittarius Jupiter, Capricorn Mercury conjunct), 4th house.

I feel sorry for all parties involved (except the one abusing the others trust)... from the perpetrators family and friends, to the family and friends of the one(s) being slighted by the crime... it's pitiful.

During the first ep I was like that blonde girl is duuuumb Rj is a top male model, I've heard of him.
Also she screwed over her sister lmaoo...

This show is probably fake...

Who knows, the show could be fake but these things do happen in real life. Hopefully people who consider having an online relationship watch Catfish, and learn that it's important to do some research before getting there hopes to high about a person they've never met.
Still doesn't justify the people that make fake profiles either.

For anyone who chooses B or C, I mean hey if you don't care about your rep. I certaintly don't. Afterall, that's what the answers are there for
However I do find that it's a general issue for anyone to pretend to be someone else. I would even give credit to those who make profiles as an cartoon/anime character because again, there identities can't be stolen. So in my opinion, if you want to roleplay do it as a ficitional character

Overall, it's interesting to see which answers people would chose and if it's influenced by there natal charts.

Well I don't care because worrying about fake profiles is such a first world problem. From watching that show catfish I find the victims just as delusion as the fake person. They have there own issues to deal with too.

Why can't we fix all the problems in society instead of focusing on just a few? Afterall, one problem connects to another.
Like you said the people behind the fake profiles had some real life issues they've dealt with like bullying. Is that not something in society we should try to fix?

Yes that would be nice, but theres so many things wrong with humans. It would just be easier to end humanity.
Society is like an endless cycle, not everyone is bad but the majority rules.
I loved how the people who confessed undying love completely backed out when there perfect barbie doll was overweight...
Thats another problem with society, we can honestly spend all night.

I know what you mean, sometimes you just wanna give up on humanity. Personally, I just can't stand watching bad things happen to people who don't deserve it, even if they could of prevented it. You just hope it's a lessoned-learned on there part. I understand at the day there are some people you can't change, but I'll always have drive for justice.

For me whether the person behind the fake pf was beautiful or "not" I would find it impossible to have a serious relationship with someone who lied to me from the start. I mean how can you trust that person? Idk maybe it's just me but I couldn't do it.
