Hi fellow Libra Mooners. I have a few questions. Are you higly sensitive to beauty, especially the beauty of music? Do you often experience delight that makes you wanna cry? Do you tend to weep while watching sad/tragic scenes because you so well understand what the characters are going through? Is art in general very important to you?------------------ Do you have some chocolate? IP: Logged |

Yes to all that you say except the crying lol Music really, really moves me! And I find myself really appreciating and finding beauty in the simplest of things. As far as movie characters, yes! I do find myself immersed in them if it is a well written and believable script. I'm a guy so I don't really tell many people this about me lololol ------------------ Gemini Sun Libra Moon Gemini Mercury Cancer Venus Virgo Mars Virgo Asc And yes, I'm a guy! IP: Logged |

No we are not passive or doormats. We have a deep need for peace and harmony and will consequently avoid conflict when possible. We also see both sides of a situation very well and that makes us very understanding and agreeable people. It can sometimes make us seem like we are people pleasers because we agree with people so much. We have a very high tolerance level for BS lol. ------------------ Gemini Sun Libra Moon Gemini Mercury Cancer Venus Virgo Mars Virgo Asc And yes, I'm a guy! IP: Logged |

WOAH. I'm almost exactly the same as your mom except I'm a Pisces Mars. I don't really cry too easily or get too emotionally involved with art. I do enjoy art and go to museums often. A mark of my Libra Moon on my personality is that I'm very in-tuned to my environment. If something is off or doesn't make sense to me, it'll drive me crazy until I figure it out. IP: Logged |

I'm a Libra Moon and I'm hoping to transfer to a Communications school this fall to pursue film, writing, or the performing arts. So yes, art in general is VERY important to me!I almost never cry, especially at movies, so I can't really testify to that. However, I do have this really weird thing where beautiful music makes me cry, and I'm not entirely sure why. My first year in my high school choir I started to cry during one of the (very upbeat!) songs performed by the upperclassmen. It's happened at shows and plays and I'm not sure why, but it will happen really suddenly because a particular chord will be sung or played and it will hit me right in the gut and suddenly tears are rolling down my face. It doesn't even have to be particularly emotional song to get to me, too. I also think this might contribute to me being a little bit of a music snob. It's not quite as bad as one of my friends (a Taurus Moon, if I recall correctly) who is majoring in Vocal Music with a specialty in Opera. And to hikoro: I AM NO DOORMAT. HOW DARE YOU IMPUGN MY HONOR! /Leo Mars. IP: Logged |

It seems to me it was electro, dubstep and drum&bass. Why do you think house can't cause such emotions?Edit: this! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yw5UwYIPWEQ I so love her voice... ------------------ Do you have some chocolate? IP: Logged |

nope. not saying that house cant...but, with libra mooners, it is less likely, i think...in comparison to let's say...trance, dubstep..etc. however, another type of moon may listen to house and cry like a babe. i think that there are certain types of music and rhythms that are prone to evoke different sensitivities depending on the moon sign and the sun sign. i hope this was clear. Got Gemini its pointed at crappy cappy since she left a rude comment on my first time over here post. and just justified it by saying she sometimes cant resist to comment. So if you wanna be rude you must also be willing to take a punch. I find her very offensive and selfish.IP: Logged |

mmm....im not sure if ill do a good job explaining it, but, for example, i find that some watery folks i know...really get all elated with trance. then, i ve yet to find a scorpio...for example, who does not like 'closer' by nine inch nails... taurus, these folks seem to be very in tune with vocals...opera, choir...any song that has some good vocal allusion to it. it is stuff like that, like, some signs get pulled by certain sounds/rhythm compared to others
