I was wondering if you believe there are similarities and common things between these two placements? What's same and what's different about them?And which one do you personally prefer?

One is more masculine and one is more feminine? There's going to be lots of different things since you're talking about yin and yang planets here. Did you mean Moon in the 8th vs. Moon in Scorpio?IP: Logged |

Hey! no, I didn't mean Moon in the 8th!
My question is about Sun in the 8th and Moon in Scorpio. I'm really wondering if someone with Moon in Scorpio has similar traits with someone with Sun in the 8th, since the 8th house is the house of Scorpio. 8th house represents secrets, sexuality, and often regeneration. Its actually a spiritual house native may be gifted with metapsychics
The signs will drastically change the "personality" of the planet. 8th house is ruled by scorpio so you may yearn for similar things.
hannarama is right scorpio moon will be much different then the suns postion because the sun can gets along with martian energy, (8th house) its not as dark.IP: Logged |

Hello to answer your question briefly.I have a scorpio moon and rising this is just for interest sake sorry if its boring. mars mercury is conjunct cancer but in 8th house one example here is I'd say your looking at 3 different factors here for example yes my way of going over into action is like a cancerian little bit left little bit right and then approach. but i think its the 8th house influence that really brings out that fiery passionate driven side. my moon is scorpio like I said in 12th house so for instance I have extreme emotions very powerful feelings but also dark and brooding I'm a typical scorpio moon but I definitely have the 12th house influence of being more psychic feeling and seeing without words. I tend to attract people that are very abusive since I was little also I attract people that have been through severe abuse and they always come to me for comfort. I would only recommend the scorpio moon if you have the balls to live with it. Personally depending on the sun sign the 8th house placement could be seen as a reinforcement of scorpionic energy. Like if someone had a pluto or mars conjunct sun it would have a similar effect.

Sun in the 8th is in Aquarius,trine Pluto in Scorpio, and the other person has Scorpio Moon.

Scorpio moon is stronger than the house placement especially if the person has an Aqua sun, whom are usually relatively laid back. Scorpio moon will be much more overwhelming in intensity, and though the Aqua has Pluto trine sun, unless the degree is like at one degree, the effects aren't very strong.Moon is always more strongly felt than the sun  .
