Hello,

I am going through my saturn return (saturn in scorpio 6th house AND 7th house pluto transitting conjunct sun) and I am capricorn so I am curious about what life lessons you feel you need to learn based on your chart and if you have any advice for me on what I should focus on I would be really grateful!

here is my chart http://interactive.0800-horoscope.com/cgi-bin/astro/natal0800?name=dd&sex=f&d1day=29&d1month=12&d1year=1984&d1hour=15&d1min=2&citylist=London%2C+United+Kingdom&lang=en

I am going to post up more about my chart here...

http://interactive.0800-horoscope.com/cgi-bin/astro/natal0800?name=dd&sex=f&d1day=29&d1month=12&d1year=1984&d1hour=15&d1min=2&citylist=London%2C+United+Kingdom&lang=en

I hope that works if anyone wants to take a closer look I would be most grateful, and please don't make this all about me! If someone else would also like to post up about themselves I would be really curious to hear others opinions!

SATURN CALLING

Jesus Christ found his calling at 28 and although this is a rather showy example, it is a good one.

SATURN CAREER CHANGES

Taurean Ex-Prime Minister Tony Blair was elected MP for Sedgefield on the 9th June 1983 at the age of 30 and his Saturn Return took him right to the door of 10 Downing Street.

Leo singer and actress Jennifer Lopez left her long time boyfriend, Singer Puff Daddy when she was 30, having learnt that they were destined to be friends. This is also the time that she launched her solo singing career and found success in the charts on both sides of the Atlantic. She had found her true calling, A few years before, her public had only ever seen her as an actress, but Jennifer claims that singing has always been her true dream and she followed it, pushed on by her Saturn return.

SATURN BABIES

Virgo Pamela Anderson had her baby at 28 and if you have seen any footage of her as a mum you will see that she adores her children. This was obviously a very meaningful and important turning point in her life.

Libran Actress Catherine Zeta Jones married her husband of the same sign Michael Douglas and had their first child together at 30

Scorpio Luciana Morad became pregnant by Rolling Stone Mick Jagger at aged 29 and had his lovechild

Taurean Actress Patsy Palmer became pregnant twice during her Saturn Return

Cancerian Emma Noble had her first child at 28

Pisces Patsy Kensit had baby Lenon at age 28 and then left her then husband, Oasis Singer, Liam Gallagher

I find the lessons we need to learn are given to us by way of our South and North node placements, and by way of our hard aspects. And give attention to comparing our natal with draconic charts.... they feel (at least in my case) to help better pinpoint those stressed issues for this life). I wonder too if harmonics work this way as well? (I haven't any experience with those yet... but I'm curious!) haha

My lesson has to do with family in this lifetime... both my most distressing negative chart placement, and South Node/North node indicate this. ^^; (among other prevalent/recurring themes... in my charts. for instance a theme that involves the house of Atreus, I've been obsessed with finding out its significance... and learning from them)

defective Cancer/Lunar energy/4th house - even my Sun opposes the direction I need to focus, it seems.

I also strongly believe the way to sort out our lessons/karma is through our 12th house.

~ but yeah... that could be just my own wacky theorizing! Maybe everyone will find their place of concern in other places... maybe this method won't always work. I can't be sure... to be honest. But, in fairness, it seems to fit and be helping in my own issues. <3

I'm going through the return as well, though - multiple transits/upheavals are at play right now actually. (it's hard to focus only on returns when so much has recently changed in the sky) ^^ all the planets from Jupiter on are wreaking havoc with my (lol) life!

Pluto transiting 5th (my sun's in there, aye), Saturn in the 3rd (my Mars-Pluto are in there, besides nSaturn), Uranus is tripping through my 8th (Pholus-Eris are in there), and Neptune is leisurely cruising along my Dsc line, Jupiter has been the only favourable transit for me, thus far... though he's opposing his natal position, and whatnot... he's exploring my MC/North Node... and hasn't been as bad as I would have guessed, being in enemy territory and all! (lmao - jk u know oppositions) hah

So, except for career --- everything else is under pressure of outers and at the mercy of the inners...haha (best way I can put it) -
I have a lot of lessons in store for me, I don't think they can be fully appreciated until the return finishes - transits progress into their next station within the signs... (decans/duad) ~ that's sort of how I see those slow moving outers at work, for now... it'll be some time before knowing if we've really learned what was meant for us, or so I believe. ^^

If we don't... there's always our next return!

*notreallyhappyatthethought* lol

until then, I'm going to be paying close attention to the things governed by those houses, and their rulers... and try to be a receptive student. ^^; (even when I really would rather just sleep in and skip class!) lol

thank you for your thoughts so far.

I feel like for me I learnt ALOT during saturn in libra and so that makes my saturn return in scorpio easier.

i think i need to learn to deal with my emotions better- i can get very BLOCKED up and irrationally angry- i am really working on it though- i can be quite mean to people and that is something i am working on also.

as for my 6th house placement i find i LOVE having my routine- a really thorough hygiene routine, showers 2x a day, eating healthy, working out.

i have had huge problems with work and the people i work with in the past- i dont tend to get on well with other women - i mean i am polite but i am not overly friendly which can make women suspicious- ive found im getting better at dealing with this though (and i have had some AMAZING female co works and bosses so this is not always the case)

i feel like ive dealt with most of these issues though and yet still i do not seem to make any progress. BUT! all it takes is one moment and things can change so i am just trying to stay positive and learn what i can in the interim

I agree with SaturnineMoth about the Nodal thing. South Node= areas we have mastered; North Node= areas we need to develop.

Looks like your South node is conjunct your Saturn in Scorpio. I have the same thing in my chart. Yours seems to be in your 6th house. Funny- mine is in my 12th house. You were born 26 days after me- how cool. But our Ascendants are opposite.

Anyway, personally, Saturn conjunct SN in my 12th house describes how rooted I am in my 12th house activities. I'm very much a loner, and I live in my own dream world. I don't take care of my health. I'm not good with routines. I'm not good at handling the mundane details of life.

With your North Node in the 12th and SN conjunct Saturn in the 6th, you are probably the opposite of me! I think your life's purpose is becoming spiritually calm and relaxed. You might need to let go of the need of intense daily work and routines and learn to take it easy. Art, meditation, and learning to be alone might be good for you.

Our SN conjunct Saturn aspects are in Scorpio.. For me, it means I have a really strong sexual drive. I've been fascinated by sex since I was a kid. I keep my sexual dalliances quite secret from others (12th house), and my self worth is not good (Scorpio).

With Taurus as our NN, I think cultivating a strong sense of self-worth is important for both of us.

I;ve also heard that people with SN in the 6th house get stressed out very easily. You might have to learn how to say "no" to others, and not be so rigid with routines. SN in Scorp in 6th house also means power struggles (Scorp) at work (6th house). ESPECIALLY with authority figures (Saturn)

Anyway, with Saturn on the SN, reaching our NN is so much more difficult! We're kind of rooted in our ways, and may find it more difficult than most to shake up past-life habits.

thank you star fairy!

that was really interesting! can you see if anything else is conjunct my south or north node- i always thought that pluto was connected to them but i am terrible at reading charts.

i have alot of 6th house positions- uranus, saturn and mercury. i like my routine and i DO find it hard to stay calm and grounded- im very much a worrier and can tend to see everything as a potential disaster.

BUT in other ways i think i have changed and improved so so much- all the all negative thought patturns i used to have, the habit i used to have of winding people up justfor the sake of it or putting ppl down have gone, alot of other bad traits have gone too like being flighty and unsure about whati want so i think ive done ALOT of work in this lifetime to get past bad karma and right my wrongs.

even now im under alot of pressure staying with family and i feel im coping really well and being very helpful and cooperative even under difficult circumstances- i feel like most people who crack under this kind of pressure or get nasty back whereas ive managed to stay graceful and polite so i feel i should be proud of myself

that does not mean i should rest of my laurels btw! i know there is still ALOT of work to do but i just need to figure out what else needs to change.

you are right about staying grounded and doing 12 house activities- id love to start doing meditation and pranayama and i already do yoga so that is definitely something i will look into, once i get a job i plan to save so i can do this course ive been wanting to do for a while which i feel links up to taurus which is standing on your own two feet and getting self esteem through your own efforts.

so yah lots more work to do but any other observations id be very grateful to hear
