How can one explain it astrologically? I wanna know why I have a soft voice. It doesn't suit my body  ------------------

... but when you see where it's coming from, it isn't much of a surprise. I got dealt a weird hand, I neither look or sound like I'm approaching 30. I'm sure this is reflected in our Ascendants as well as our 3rd house at the least... and Mercury probably has his hand in that as natural ruler of the 3rd... I don't know for certain. Oo; But, even so... as a Virgo rising, Mercury-Jupiter dominant... sounding like child while looking half like one, is irritatingly befitting, and my aspects only damage my chance at being taken seriously (on first impressions), further... because I have Scorpio 3rd, and Mercury aspects to each planet within. Saturn semisquare, and Mars-Pluto sextile. My voice puts people off when coupled with my appearance especially. ; ; Over the phone I sound like a tiny child... in person I look like an obnoxious child (one who is speaking like an adult, while being a child... "to big for ones britches") that's what people hear/see, when they don't know my actual age. My tone is calm, but I've been told a lot recently since coming to live with my in-laws, that I don't "know" when I'm loud. ~ which doesn't mean much by me, since they all have issues with sounds anyway. lol And, I can't trouble myself to change my speaking volume/tone when there's nothing much wrong with it to begin with... just that I have one of those youthful voices... FOR an example of what I sound like... yeah - this - as I've been told. (Her VOICE not her character/role) lol XD a youthful vocal tone ^ they say we're voice twins >.<; obviously I can only hear myself on recorded playback! haha so... everyone saying this to me gets my wthface Oo;  IP: Logged |

thats me too with scorp rising im pretty quiet/introverted however when im with my close friends my voice changes to sound more enthusiastic.. even more melodic.. IP: Logged |

I have a strong clear "authoritive" , somewhat loud voice for a female, not on roids lol.. I can't even whisper like normal people do ... Unless im feeling frisky lol ... I dont sound like a man or anything, i just have a firm, but womanly voice. My tone of voice has offended some people though.. Cause sometimes when i don't even mean it, i sound too bossy or aggressive.... Especially when Im excited while talking.It doesn't help at all, that I also talk fast . I have merc aspecting a lot of things, like sun, mar,s Uranus, Saturn,Jupiter.. I'm a Pisces rising, so it can't be my asc. And I'm a Leo moon.IP: Logged |

i am soft spoken. I thinks it's because of my pisces asc. sometimes my voice sounds lazy (mercury opposite saturn?), nervous (sun opposite uranus?, mercury opposite uranus?)or it can sound authoritative (mars in aries in the first house)IP: Logged |

A combination of factors 1. The second house because astrologically Taurus rules the 2nd represents the following body parts; the neck, the throat, larynx(the vocal track), and the thyroid gland. 2. Mercury; your frequency of speech, volume, and as in your speech style. Possibly your third house as well.
3. Possibly your venus or mars, I have seen more people express their venus or mars through speech than their asc, after meeting four cancer asc's with four different speech patterns. IP: Logged |

I'm so envious of girls with girly voices. I have this weird lazy monotone drawl. It is kind of low (for a girl) and doesn't make me feel feminine at all. I have Mercury in Aries square Saturn, Neptune, sextile Gemini ASC, conjunct my Aries Sun, and Leo ruling my third house. I mean could I HAVE any more masculine Mercury aspects?!IP: Logged |
