until next January, transiting Neptune will be opposite my natal chiron. I cant seem to find much information about this transit, but astrodienst labels it as 'disappointment' I also read somewhere that it can signify illnesses that are difficult to diagnose..could this be true? I have been very worried lately that there is something wrong with me so hearing this really increased my anxiety. if anyone has any experience with or information on this transit, please share!

Not that exact transit, no, but..look at your 6th too.

transit chiron conj my natal Neptune, I went to care for a person who was dying.
transit neptune trine my chiron, same situation, different person (with a bigger orb tho, the other one was pretty much exact).
the square, neptune to my chiron. I'll look it up, well they weren't damaging health issues but I was hyper-sensitive to the pain that I experienced then which was disturbing to me since I'm not usually like that. Ha, I remember more of it now writing it out, it was really odd. I also had Chiron opp my Asc. Then on the Rx hit t.Neptune was opp t.Saturn tsq n.Chiron, + t.Chiron was opp n.Asc still, You could say I was taxing my body to its limits. Probably past that maximum output. It was pretty unreal. Never looked at that time health-wise before. Interesting. Then the last direct hit, still taxing myself, saturn was still in opp to neppy & sq my chiron. So I'd say the 1st was the most intense for me if we're speaking in a strictly Neptune-Chiron sense. wow i completely blocked that out. hah now i know why. But also, I had transit Pluto conjunct my progressed Moon throughout this (natal Moon in the 6th), and other transits progressions that factored in. That whole experience lasted over a yr. And i bet i had less energy too since progressed Sun (Asc ruler) was square natal Neptune then as well.

Well when Chiron was conj my Neptune I wasn't in physical pain at least. so that's something..

i dont think you should see it as a disappointment and i think it is irresponsible for any site to say that to you.

some people might go through very heavy transits and barely feel it while for others it is something very intense but ultimately any astrological activity only reveals possibilities not givens.

The best thing you can do is read up on it yes and prepare yourself and then let whatever happens happen- it could be positive and it could be negative. remember at the exact same time as yo uare going through this transit so are thousands of others and of those thousands some people get the job of their dreams, meet the love of their life, suffer, die, get cancer so like i said it is only a suggestion not a given

That's true, it's not likely that so many people in your gen will all of a sudden get caught up in something difficult to diagnose.
