Hi, I just have a synastry question, what does it mean when your vertex falls in your partner's asendant, and their's falls in your twelth? This is what I am expieriencig now, my vertex is in his asendant, which is in Libra, and his vertex is in my twelth which is in Aries? Any thoughts?

The ascendant is a specific point (the beginning degree of the first house in most house systems), you're talking about his first house.

I don't find the house in which someone's vertex falls in your chart to be significant.
