Do you agree?Do you love your plutonic placements? Do they always cause you grief? Is it hard to love a Pluto Sun?

i have pluto sextile sun, trine my ascendant and trine mars and trine neptune semi sextile chiron.i like pluto overall- it is saturn i am not too fond of. i like drama though- i feel at ease in emotional storms - what i hate more is the blockages and delays saturn gives me- some people might find taht easier to deal with though and plutos emotional upheaval harder though- depends on what kind of person you are i guess. i have pluto transitting conjunct sun right now as it happen (and saturn return- in case anyone on the board who has ever read a post by me has been allowed to forget :P ) IP: Logged |

i like my pluto in scorpio. i think it gives a heightened sixth sense. i think i'm comfy with it cos my SN is there. i can relate to what sharpei said about being comfy in drama. saturn is also there, but i'm really comfortable around scorp types. even tho for most people my age, my mars opposes their pluto lol. i'm pluto dominant and i'm not that easy to love, truly. i wear a warning these days: suitors proceed at your own risk. Yes, I love my Pluto placements. My theory is the more you SEE Pluto/Scorpio placements/aspects as negative and difficult, the more they will BE negative and difficult. Often to a painful extreme. If you can learn to just focus solely on the positives of Pluto, which are many, its energy will manifest much more beneficially in your life. ------------------ Check out My Astrology Blog: http://astroarena12.blogspot.com IP: Logged |

7H Pluto in Scorpio conjunct Jupiter and Mercury, all within 1 degree, plus Sun in the 8H widely conjunct the Pluto/Jupiter/Mercury conjunction.I'm HEAVILY Pluto dominant, and I'm more lovable than a basket full of puppies. I really think that Pluto gets an undeservedly bad reputation. It's really not as terrible as it's made out to be. It might lend itself to some rough transits, but for the most part its negative characteristics are WAY overblown. I'm going to side with sharpei and say that Saturn is the real troublemaker. I actually like Pluto & all of it's drama. My Pluto transits & progressed moon in 8th house would make a great movie. All of those obsessive, unhealthy, life or death, deep feelings & situation. Plus the death of your old self in the end...Wow. It does make you stronger. When I look back, I think: Wow I can't believe I went throught that. And you definitely have no choice but to transform. Pluto to me rules the dark side of life, the dangerous. It's a wild and crazy ride into the dark alleys. Places you aren't supposed to go. And I love it.Another hard planet to love is Saturn...I have a strong saturn in my chart. Sure I work hard & you get rewarded in the end but, it is a VERY depressing planet. I had saturn square venus in my solar return last year and it was not fun at all. It was frustrating. At least with Pluto there is action & destruction!! IP: Logged |

I have Pluto as my chart ruler (Scorpio ASC) and my Pluto is in Scorpio, closely conjunct my ASC. I also have a Scorpio Venus and Pluto sextile Sun. I'm an intense person..some people may see me as very laid back but when they see me angry, excited, bitter, jealous, betrayed, in love, etc..you see the intensity come out full force. I'm not sure if I like it. It is who I am, and I think I'm pretty great so I guess I like it. It has caused massive transformations in my life, though..in appearance, living situations, in almost all areas. It makes me kind of harsh, too. Thankfully I have a 1st house Venus and Sagittarius moon to soften/lighten things up a bit. IP: Logged |

May be hard to love to non-Plutonians... or people without much of that energy in their chart. But we usually arent interested in them anyway, so it works out.Plutonians gravitate towards each other effortlessly it seems. I've also noticed similar with Uranians. IP: Logged |

My pluto is in 1st house square my sun, mercury, mars, saturn, chiron, quincunx moon, trine MC,sextile neptune and uranus, conjunct north node.I also have scorpio asc, jupiter in scorpio, pluto in scorpio and moon in 8th.I dont love pluto. It strips you of all the things that you have taken for granted.Ofcourse it shows you your true self but it takes away everything that you have loved, everything that you have strived to become. It gives you constant inner tension to change yourself and even after you change yourself it will still be there,it is one hungry mofo.My life can be divided into chapters.CHAPTER BEGINS,life goes smoothly for a while, there will be some people I love, some people I hate, they perceive me as a certain guy with certain characters and then pluto acts, brings a massive storm and I no longer remain the same, all the people I used to know become strangers, their perception of me changes,I will have new people in my life but I would have already known that they too will go after a while.Even my appearance changes,CHAPTER CLOSED.It is exhausting but I love the intensity, only the intensity,I hate everything else about pluto.IP: Logged |

I don't have any aspects from pluto... I guess you can say I'm pretty unevolved but honestly basic pokemon are a lot cuter.. I've never really been depressed, I usually get mad and have fits of rage and frustration to cope with the difficulties of life, but honestly not a lot is brewing. Basically I'm not a very intense being. My step dad is a scorpio, he's so intense about things and takes himself waaaaay too seriously, maybe its the capricorn moon. I'm not very impressed with plutonian energy some of them can be great but the whole moody and brooding attitude is not cute or attractive, its immature.IP: Logged |

Scary! Especially for a fixed sign, such as Scorpio or Taurus. are you a Leo? IP: Logged |

My friend has Sun opposition Pluto, and Moon trine Pluto. She is not hard to love at all, however I feel intuitively that I'd have to bring up topics that bother me gently or in the form of an intellectual debate. I can't outright say to her "You did this and it hurt my feelings," because she wouldn't apologize since she might not initially understand what was offensive. She has a LOT of air placements and aspects to Jupiter, so while she does have a Taurus sun, Pisces moon, there other factors that make her more fiery/airy. (Sag and Gemini to be specific!)IP: Logged |

Hard to love not really speaking generally most people seem infatuated with plutonian placement almost as if there a badge of honor. Do I love my plutonic placements and/or aspects not really. The only thing that causes me a bit frustration is pluto transit in my 8th house. Is it hard to love a pluto sun no, but I am starting to dislike Scorpio placements more in general. Shrug. In his case. The continuous new beginnings and closures, new people, new places. This is hard for a fixed sign, which naturally refuse to change. IP: Logged |

well I am Leo sun Scorpio rising, obviously very difficult to express my Leo essence through Scorpio rising. but Saturn return somehow helped, since then I become more and more comfortable with Scorpio, Pluto and similar energies. I have 3 placements in Leo and 3 placements in Scorpio. Pluto square Sun, but sextile my Scorp rising. so it's either I accept it and live with it, or I don't. With Saturn return I choose to embrace it and I like it so far. It gives me different perspective on death, cruelty, darkness, occult, and many other things associated to the dark, mysterious, taboo. I don't even know why they are associated with those at all. If I never experienced pain and violence, how would I appreciate joy, good health and safety?IP: Logged |

I have a Pluto moon and I wish that I didn't.I would much prefer, say, a Venusian or Jupiterian moon. It's hard to grapple with such intense depth of feeling in a world that rewards lightheartedness, frivolity, and the ability to walk away without so much as a backward glance. IP: Logged |

I can DEFINITELY relate to this! I have Moon/Conjunct Pluto in Libra less than half a degree in the 2nd house (square Jupiter in Cancer). BUT, while I agree with you, I wouldn't want it any other way! ------------------ Gemini Sun Libra Moon Gemini Mercury Cancer Venus Virgo Mars Virgo Asc And yes, I'm a guy! IP: Logged |
