So I was born October 4th, 1994. He was born november 21st, 1994. I have heard that conjunctions in synastry indicate soulmate connections, and we have a lot of them. They are as follows;
His sun conjuncts my Pluto and my descendant .
His mercury conjuncts my venus and Jupiter.
His Venus conjuncts my mercury. Our saturns are conjunct, our uranus's are conjunct, our Neptune's are conjunct, our pluto's are conjunct, as well as his Uranus conjunct my neptune and his Neptune conjuncts my Uranus. They are all 2 degrees or less. Does this mean we knew each other in a past life and if so, how?

When outer planets are conjunct, it means its generational. Meaning everyone born near your bday will pretty much have the same outer planet placements. Pay attention to when the outer planets are aspecting your inner planets and points. Also, if you post the synastry chart between you two, someone may analyze it for you. :-)
