Libra..! Not allll of them, but ya know, the majority  At least for "charming", eh.
All the other signs have something special about them too, but I think when it comes to *charm*, Libra wins.

Libran men they just pretend that everything is great whereas the reality might be grossly flawed. Pretence is not charm. Libran women however have an aura about them that makes them look perfect. That is what is charm,IP: Logged |

Pisces can be charming in an innocent and friendly kind of way.

All fire signs all have that childlike charm. They just want to have fun. 
Air signs can be charming, maybe even VERY charming, but they are (like I said) kind of superficial.
Water signs their charm is sort of... (I can't put my finger on it) it's... subtle?

I've actually got both of these placements (pisces sun/Taurus Moon) I've been told often that I could charm the pants off of anyone and I can't say I haven't noticed this quality in most of my encounters/relationships.

IMO, charming involves making everyone feel special and not giving yourself more credit than you're due for doing so, even self-deprecation. Manipulative would be the opposite--appearing to make others feel special, while all you're doing is making yourself feel special at others' expense.

I've always thought I could charm the pants off anyone. That's how I always land jobs, I almost always get hired on the spot! I have Sagittarius Moon and Mercury..Venus in Scorpio in the 1st house (I think 1st house Venus in any sign is charming). I've noticed men who have Sun-Venus conjunction are very charming. The most charming man I've ever met was (and still is) a prison inmate with whom I was matched for a mentoring program. He was sooo sexy and charming, maybe because he hadn't talked to a young woman in years (he is only a few years older than me though) or maybe because he haaassss.... Cancer Sun

Well if you are talking about "charming" sun signs, personally from a gemini sun, ascendant, venus and mercury native point of view, i dont think geminis actually care whether they are charming or not they just want to have fun and in the process of it they bring fun(good or bad they dont care) to people which is being seem as charm.
