the female will be into this relationship more since her personal planets are most affected. there is a strong venus-pluto contact here, so there will be a lot of romantic interest/obession over the partner - probably more from her since her pluto also falls in the same house as venus. her mars also falls into his 8th house, which is a desire/sexual pull between people, again most likely from her than him. his sun and mars do fall into her 5th house, but they are housed in his 12th, which might mean he won't be as outwardly interested - it'll create conflicting emotions for him over this person, but is still a pull towards her. i see a romantic interest/sex between these two - maybe a dating relationship that lasts longer than the norm (given that venus-pluto), but it doesn't have any marriage/loving/lasting relationship bonds imo
