Yes. She had Cancer rising, Moon in Libra, Venus in Aquarius, and Mars in Taurus. With the Venus' influences you'd think she'd be artsy but she was just super materialistic. She had good luck with sales though, and aside from "things" she was in her church choir. But no, not artsy at all.

Hmm...yes as a matter of fact. Well, I met a Pisces with a lot of drug and alcohol problems, young kid like 15 going on 16, whom was not very creative or good at art. At all. I mean, I am not trying to be mean about him, but he displayed literally the prototype negative traits of Pisces you see on most astro sites - clinging, co-dependent, too dreamy, liked painkillers and booze, etc. He tried to be a good writer, but it ended up being quite melodramatic [and not just to me, to our whole writing class] and it was just not very good. He admitted to not being able to draw either. I forget his other placements though so I apologize!

**EDIT: amazingly enough I actually did just recover an old email I sent to him with his placements. Wow! Weird it's still there.

He has Aries rising, Moon in Capricorn, Mercury in Pisces, Venus in Taurus, Mars in Pisces, Jupiter in Capricorn. His Sun and Saturn are conjunct by 4 dg. orb. His Sun and Mars are conjunct too and he had anger problems. His Pluto was in the 8th, his Moon, Neptune and Jupiter in the 10th, and MANY of his planets in the 12th, most of his Pisces planets there, why is why he might not have been able to express Piscean artistry so openly. Might have felt inaccessible to him.

my brother is an uncreative pisces. he is smart though. but i thought it was just funny coz he can't even make his own ice cream.

he loves this store we go to and they had a promo called "the artist" basically for just a little more you cane put as much as you like and put any topping you wish. he couldn't even press the lever for the ice cream to come out. he had his scorp video game buddy do it.

art is his worst subject too. it's mostly a collab of my ideas and my libra sister's drawing skills lol! he gets an A but it's a torturous process.

Yeah, with an Aries Moon and I think some Aquarius influence. Not artsy just kinda flashy and fabulous.

Me personally, no, not yet~

most the Pisces people I've encountered were brilliant in one form of creative pursuit or another, even if it was simply creative thoughts... ^^

I guess it depends on what you consider creative though - cliche as that is for an argument. >.<;

Most are talented though, to be fair~ so that's MY experience SO FAR... give it time...

I'm sure not all of them collect and breed rare spiders, create video games, labour over new meteorology equipment, compose music, and do sports broadcasting, and run photography studios.... meh~

^^;

Meh daddy was brilliant - despite his flaws.

This is a good point. To me 'artsy' vs. 'creative' means dramatic writing, painting/art mediums, fashion design, theatre and musicals, film, music. It's soulful, deep, profound, sometimes out there and intuitive.

'Creative' is a wider umbrella of things you could be good at - carpentry, special cooking and catering skills, etc. This is being artsy but in a less Piscean sense and more Taurean in my opinion. And artsy and creative can overlap too making it more complicated.

Anyway besides my 2 cents I totally see what you mean. I'm sure some people might not agree with my description above.

Artsy is a desire of beauty and expression.
Creativity is an ability to do things via a new or different approach.

Agreed. Neither of my Pisces friends from childhood draws, writes, or acts like an artist.

But then one of them really spends a lot of time crafting her appearance, shining her car, decorating her house just right...and that's artistry to me. Plus she sings a lot..has sung at weddings for pay.

The other Pisces is completely into music. She spends hours upon hours in music stores, buying CDs (because iTunes doesn't cut it for her.) One whole wall of her house is CDs.

And all the dreaminess she cultivates while listening to music comes out through her speech.

Yeah it's all a matter of perspective.

But for what it's worth I know some other Pisces people who are artistic in the conventional sense. I'm a Pisces moon and was voted Most Artistic in my high school class.

Took the words right out of my mouth!

A mater of perspective for sure!

Others have given examples so I wont...
