I really enjoy everything he says about astrology and basically his premise is that we live a life in each sign so we learn all the lessons we need to progress spiritually, he just has a really unique take on it all and especially for capricorns I feel it is really useful- I was going through non stop stress at one point and could not figure out what and his work really helped me learn to question my actions and try and improve how I related to the world and understand WHY things kept happening to me http://www.alanoken.com/Newsletter-Archive.htm if you go here and click on the month you get info on your sign in the left hand corner- so if you are scorpio click on any October archive and some scorpio related posts will come through etc and let me know what you think!

i really like soul astrology and his take on things- much more positive and less fatalistic than most
