Does anyone else feel the big transits to progressed placements so strongly like I do?

I swear it is just as strong, at least, as the transit to the natal position.

Currently I have pr ASC on 9 Cap (conjunct pr Proserpina on 9 Cap) and therefore Pluto is transiting over it.

also Tr Nodes square pr Mercury and pr Venus

My progressed sun is at 10 cap, and progressed ascendant is around 11 cap, so I'm getting it too. I don't really feel it, to be honest. Uranus will square them soon

Weird, I feel the transit extremely strongly.

Though it might be that this is because it ALSO triggers my natal Pluto on 9 Libra.

Neptune is square my Progressed Sun, along with my natal Moon, Venus, Nodes, so I don't think I could tell the difference right now.

Now I'm wondering about Saturn when it was in Libra, squaring my Progressed Venus (now at 14*Cancer). It was conjunct my natal Saturn two/three years ago, and had the square from Saturn and I guess will have the opposition from Pluto. (Ugh!)

Progressed Mars entered Aries last year, and is sextile my Moon/Venus/South Node, inconjunct Uranus.

I can't remember the others right now.

Oh! My progressed ascendant/descendant, are also conjunct my progressed Sun. I keep forgetting about that. So they might also be under the influence of the square.

I can't get away from Neptune. You'd think I'd be having a great time creatively, but I'm more scattered than ever! And tired, half the time.

Yeah, I was reading up about transits to Progressed planets, and lots of sites and books have said that you feel the transit the most when the progressed planet makes an aspect to a natal planet. I've read that if the progressed planet makes an aspect to another progressed planet, it can be felt, too.

So, yes, progressed Ascendant to your natal Pluto receiving a square from transiting Pluto would certainly be "felt"! How does it "feel"?

My progressed Sun is actually square my natal Midheaven right now, and Pluto is touching them. I've definitely seen a change in career/goals/ambitions. I think I'll feel it more when transiting Uranus comes into the picture.
