He's a Leo Asc, Sun, Merc, Venus, Jupiter with a Sag Moon and I happen to think he's amazing. I've always read that leos and pisces just don't work, I disagree. it just has to be the right pisces for that particular Leo and vice versa.

Its not just this Leo, I love most all of them to be honest (both men and women). I find them to be sweet, playful, loving, generous people... Even at their darkest time, I can't help but love them (especially my super Leo lol) because I feed off their brilliant personalities and they just make me so dang happy it's disgusting.

Whenever he does manage to grasp a coherent theory he expresses it with great volume and disregard for context, but he's always several steps behind my understanding of whatever it may be, so his intellectual presence is usually redundant and embarrassing. His social oblivion does grant him the ability to "break ice" easily though.

Since I met him he's gotten better at treating others with respect and can host a comfortable get together since he arranges such a high standard of comfort for himself. He used to expect everyone to compromise their own comfort for his though, whether at his space or theirs. And he has some social skill when it comes to creating fun get togethers between shy friends. His Rising is 0 degrees Cancer.

Of course, this is just one guy who happens to be a Leo, and the only Leo I know well. His sun is about 6 degrees.

One of my closets friends is a Pisces with a Leo moon..
We get along very well..

Of course there is my fishy.. Who we still remain friend and constant contact with.. No matter what happens..

I've only known one Leo that reminded me of what you describe and I understand what you mean by charitable friendship... the one I knew started starting with my brother when him and his wife split up...within a week he had my nephews sharing their room with him so he could have a bed instead of sleeping on the couch. He lived there rent free for almost 8 months and didn't save a cent to get his own place, just did as he pleased. He eventually got kicked out and him and my brother haven't spoken since because according to the free loader, my brother was a bad friend and didn't give a damn about anything but himself...

I still have a soft spot for him bc I know nobody can put up with him the way i can for as long as I can. I hate the thought of somebody being lonely or feeling friendless if I can do something about it...

Like I said, just had to be the right pisces/Leo

My ascendant is Leo and anyone born in the first decan of Leo conjuncts it. But I have contacts (trines) between my huge sagittarius stellium and my MC/Venus in Aries, to every decan of Leo, which is probably why I can't find one I don't like on some level.
