I can't stop thinking. Sometimes it annoys me so much I start telling to myself "shut up you idiot" but it doesn't help of course. Is it my Virgo rising or Sagittarius Mercury? ------------------

I'd say Sagittarius Mercury. Does it aspect Mars or Uranus?

I've got a mutable Mercury too (pisces and retro to top it off) it's probably related a lot just to the sign's mutable quality, so I'd put my money on your sag Merc for racing thoughts. Mine is square my sag mars/uranus conjunction though, so I can't be too sure if it's the mutable sign by itself. I do know my racing thoughts have turned me into an insomniac ever since I was a child. ------------------

neither - it's Mercury dominance... I'm gonna guess yours ranks high too with Pullen?
Check your houses too... crowded 3rd (possibly 9th)~ a highly aspected Mercury is far reaching... unstoppable...Cap sun and Mercury, but Mercury is the anchor on my stellium with Sagittarius Neptune, Jupiter... 4h~ Mercury and Jupiter are my dominant planets, nearly equal in score... 3rd house is my 2nd strongest house... (naturally ruled by Gemini/Mercury - mine has Scorpio with Mars/Pluto in domicile, with tight sextile/exact to Mercury) ^^; your Mercury is dominant too right!? it's not Virgo/Sag influence per se, but it is the strength of the mutability they give too~ depending on the house... natal/natural ruler - that might be even further emphasized for you! I feel ya though, specially with progressions and transits right now... ugh~ I've been going half pass batty with excessive mental energies... >.<;;; Still though... like lalalinda said in the ADD/ADHD thread, Mars-Mercury are often found aspected in those with ADD/ADHD~ rings true for both my son, and myself... Nice! Well to stay on topic merc quincunx mars is frustrating but at least you have a good Moon-Merc aspect, that probably helps.. Mine is just "unaspected" except for minor aspects and aspects to asteroids.. Anyway, cool to meet someone into astrology with a birthday so close IP: Logged |
