i would wake up 2 hours early just so i can take my time getting ready every morning. anyone else like this? what are your placements? IP: Logged |

I'm like this too- always like to take my time and be ready to be somewhere on time, and feel really flustered if rushed- so I'd love to know this too.IP: Logged |

would this be a mars or sun issue? (both maybe?)I can't stand rushing either... always figured it had to do with the earth in my chart... water mars (water dominant) - haste makes waste; I only run when someone's chasing me... lol I don't believe in being fashionably late either... only early. Although my Pappy's pearls of wisdom were "better late than never"... So, really, I just can't be rushed...  Taureans and Capricorns (suns) are slow and steady by nature, right??? IP: Logged |

You're lucky you're able to do this. I have people calling me at odd hours or I have to finish assigns and other things and end up staying up late so I can't wake up when I want to wake up - and then - as soon as I wake up I have to take my dog out - then I have work or uni.. some shi*t always happens. I really hope at some point in my life... I have more space and more peace... and less people constantly bugging me. IP: Logged |

hahaha If I don't sleep around 7 hours.... I get seriously cranky and angry... and very aries-like, in a not so nice way.

It's been my observation that most fixed sign prominent people generally don't like to be rushed. They have their own time frame for things. I have so much mutable in my chart that last minute is usually par for the course, only because I'm multitasking ten different things at once. Plus, I'm not a morning person, so I get in as much sleep as is humanly possible before getting up, getting ready, and getting to work on time. All a matter of preference really... I don't need to have quiet time in the morning. I prefer to unwind in the evening. IP: Logged |

I am the same way.. I hate rushing with a passion. I too wake up at least 2 hours before heading out. I like to walk at my own relaxed pace ...i hate walking fast unless it's to workout. the feeling of being late makes me so anxious and super nervous . I hate it. I even get mad at others who lack punctuality lol. Like my brother who Never gets to school on time, Because he'd rather sleep alil more, to then rush at last minute and still be late. That really makes my blood BOIL. I don't have any Taurus in my chart. So this must be just a fixed thing ( which I do have). IP: Logged |

I hate it too, hate, hate, hate! When someone does that to me, I get ticked off pretty fast, more so in the mornings, am not a morning person, like not AT ALL.
But am not a slow person,the getting -ready part I mean,( make up, hair,etc,) really fast.
While my sister is known to take ALL her time, I think her Merc in cap takes time to ponder on what she wants to wear! By the time she decides, am almost ready  IP: Logged |

I'm this way...the ongoing joke is if I have to be somewhere or we want to go out you have to tell me hours in advance so that I can do it because it takes me forever to get dressed.I'm a Cancer Sun/Asc/Mars Conjunction in the 1st that forms a Yod to Jupiter/Uranus. I'm not a morning person. Unless I have a redbull.not being a morning person+taking forever to get ready = less effort in my looks. I wont let myself be late for work though. So many times this year I've gone to work with out make up on. I'm hoping my next job I get to sleep in a bit more(some days I go into work at 8am) Jobs that start that early, and when I was in high school. It's like you want me to look better, then don't make it so early in the morning. I can't shower in the mornings. Cause I will either be late or show up with wet hair. Redbulls make me a morning person though. But days I just have coffee. I'm way to sluggish I need a half hour to just sit and drink my coffee and websurf. Glad I'm not alone. IP: Logged |
