I am just wondering how this could be interpreted? any advice or articles?

What i find is that my life goals have often clashed with my career goals and my career has only ever been for me a way to pay for my life goals - like i love working out, doing meditation, learning to cook etc and make these things a priority over having a great career- which i think is fine but sometimes they clash and it is hard for me to purely focus on career aspects because having a career is not what really matters to me.

i guess saturns placement- in scorpio 6th house is what i focus on in life - like i love having ritual in my life (6th house) and going DEEP into things- this is what fascinates and drives me in life- not having lots of money and recognition. somehow the two seem to compete with each other and i recognise that now....i just do not know how to harmonise them- i guess find a career that manages to incorporate both?
