So, with this chart, what would be the worst thing you could do if you wanted to keep him interested and into you? (e.g. dont be too flirty, or dont be too heavy, or do be flirty.. make him jealous? don't make him jealous etc)

Just look at his Sun & Venus signs. I have found that Venus Sign of a guy is usually what will work the best for keeping him interested.

Search Venus in Leo man, & you will see plenty of information. Good luck
