Whenever I start a new job, I like to scope out the astrological scene at the office. I tend to find a lot of fixed signs and people with strong Libra/Virgo placements

Lo and behold, my favorite coworker and I have great synastry. The house overlays between our charts are good for cooperative work as well.

We both work for a non-profit organization: his Virgo Venus conj Mars falls in my 11th house and my Cancer Sun conj Chiron conjunction falls in his 11th house. My Taurus Jupiter is in his 10th house, and my Gemini Mercury conj Venus is conj his NN towards the end of his 10th house. His Libra Sun and Mercury are in my 1st house, and there is a sense of competition between us - we both raise funds for the organization and it frequenty becomes a (mostly) friendly competition.

We do have a small crush on each other lol but we are coworkers and both happily attached. I just love working with this kid. I feel a great sense of commeraderie with him and we have a lot of fun. My Gemini Merc/Venus is square his Virgo Venus conj Mars... Always an interesting connection between Virgo Mars and myself. And my Pisces Mars opposes his Venus/Mars by a wide orb and lands his 8th house, which explains my immense adoration of him. He's just wonderful.

Oh, and Libra Moon conj Libra Sun FEELS amazing! I've never had my Moon conj Sun with anyone close to me before! It's nice. His Taurus moon is sextile my Sun. I like earth moons, though we rarely meet. I don't think we could ever get into a major disagreement.

I just freaking love this guy LOL. He makes my work day go waaaaay faster.

Anywho, enough gushing.This just reminded me about how important house overlays are when analyzing synastry. I haven't even began to look at house rulers, etc.

Even though I love this guy, we really don't have too many romantic connections in our chart IMO. Besides my Mars, nothing really falls into either of our 7th or 8th houses... Nothing really interesting happening in the 5th house of romance either, though my Saturn/Uranus conj. is in his 5th house... Not sure how that manifests... We have a lot of fun together!

Incidentally, there's also a coworker that I get along with but she's a complete pathological liar and feels the need to **** on whatever she can to claim her territory. I'll come back with her synastry with a coworker she hooked up with (while already having another girlfriend), but it may take awhile because I don't even think I'd be able to get the correct birth YEAR out of this girl! :/
