What are your experiences with people with Sun opposition Moon? Which sign do they seem more like? Or do they seem like a good balance.

From my experience, my theory is either they're super-balanced and are a happy medium between the two signs or very unbalanced. Like either they are much more like their Moon signs, and therefore have a rather weak sense of self, or much more like their Sun signs, and rather cut off emotionally.

I have sun conjunct moon, I love them so much. Its really like yin and yang.
My mom was born during a full moon our personalities are sort of opposite but we just love being around each other.
Its like we balance each other out. I was lucky to be raised by someone who brought out qualities that I lacked.

I dated someone with a full moon we had the same moon sign but its like being with someone in a sign opposite to you, if you know what I mean.

traditionally full moon is suppose to be benefic and the moon receives all the good qualities from the sign its placed in

Well, I'm a Full Mooner (Libra Sun opposite Aries Moon) and I tend to be quite empathetic to those who share that same opposition and anyone in general who has hard aspects in their charts.

Speaking from personal experience growing up and dealing with this opposition was a bit of a nightmare. I struggled with a great deal of internal conflict, going back and forth in figuring out what the heck was best for me and others. The hardest thing I think growing up was figuring out what I wanted just for myself out of life, because I never felt satisfied maybe because I was trying to satisfy only a specific part of myself. It doesn't help that I also have Mercury opposite Moon, which means many things are in conflict when it comes to my identity, my thoughts and my emotions. However, as an adult I no longer struggle with those internal conflict issues. I'd say I'm surprisingly balanced and I have to thank my Libra energy for that (providing me with the patience to balance out that opposition energy).

Observing people with this placement I've come to notice a similar struggle within themselves if they are still unbalanced and haven't found ways to manage that internal discord. They can definitely be all over the place. I have a Scorpio Sun opposite Taurus Moon friend who is just a mess. He can't seem to figure out just who he is. He swings back and forth. His instability actually lead us not to be friends for a couple of years.

I think it's important with people who have this placement to slow down a bit with their lives and try to figure out exactly what's going on inside of them. They seem very vulnerable to losing themselves because with the opposition it can at times feel like your one placement or the other, instead of understanding that you're equally both.

I've come to terms with the opposition, I'm a thinker (Libra) but I'm also excitable and a bit spontaneous (Aries moon). It's all about finding ways to manage and balance that energy.

My lil lambchop is a Solar Aries, Lunar Libra with devilishly handsome Leo rising.

While he's still too young to say for certain that he's "balanced", I'd like to think that the other aspects are there supporting him from going too far off in either direction.

It's a bit of a cosmic coincidence that he has his Sun and Moon exact opposite one another, since I have mine exact trine to one another. His Sun is cnj his MC, therefore Moon cnj IC.

I've read some bad things here and there about this being indication of strained relationships with the mother (represented by the Moon). But, with his cnj IC, and knowing that we're both boars (he's fire and I'm water), plus playing the father's role nearly all the time (Sun)... I doubt he'll have issues with me, hopefully! lol ~cept for astrologers telling me I need to lay off a bit on the overprotective-thing... haha

His other aspects are equally hard to apply/interpret because of this opposition, I wonder if that often happens with solar-lunar opposites in natal charts...? Because, he has Venus in Taurus square both Saturn (Leo), and Mars-cnj-Neptune (Aquarius, wide) and Chiron (Aquarius, not so wide). but, then when you incorporate those squares to his Sun and Moon, you have them trine & sextile one another... right?! Plus he has Sun and Saturn trine his Jupiter (Sagittarius), as well(also sxt his Moon then).

the only (somewhat) imbalanced aspects are from his Jupiter and Pluto in Sagittarius then...

to his Mercury, Uranus-exactcnj-NorthNode in Pisces. (SN Virgo)

The only favourable aspects between this (sort of) stellium, relies on his Taurus Venus, which sxt and trines them. ^^

I like to view these all as gifts, and challenges... there's a lot of potential there, /if/ he can maintain that "astral-symbiosis".

So far he doesn't appear to be all too much like either his Sun or Moon, independently...
if I had to say how he really appears it's like he's got them all pinned together very neatly since they all work together so well. The Libra adds that serenity to him, and does seem to make him a tad more impressionable and affectionate, even needy at times, but then the Leo steps over and he craves the attention, and surely, he's one of /those/ Leonine risers who has no issue with being in the proverbial "limelight", and taking charge like an Aries comes very naturally to him at all times! He's downright fearless, quite the daredevil in the family... comparing him to my Taurean Nephew born the same year, they're worlds apart... XD He really gets on best with his Cancer cousin though... between the Cancer child and my Aries, we've got two HUGE hams who just love to show off, take pictures, and be in them! XD

Ramchild has the flair for the dramatic and all the industriousness, and civility of a Libra, along with the charm, and natural charisma of one. But, he's always on his feet, and has a temper that is purely Arien (god help those who cross him, he's a big guy, already nearly as tall as me), and he has the Arien quick wit, courage, and ingenuity too. The Leo in him shows straight away with how many people are just drawn in by him, with nothing more than a quick bat of his blue eyes, and flash of his mischievous, Cheshire cat grin.... worse thing is... he knows he's got it... his humour is his hallmark, he can be Dennis the Menace, or Mel Brooks... that's his brand of mischief and comedy... lol

ok- I'll stop yappin'~ ^^;

I was wondering something though, concerning those with these Full Moons~ are (you)they always extremely active (like intolerably so) when the full moon rolls around!? X__X

Your little lambchop sounds adorable SaturnineMoth. I'm sure he'll grow up into a fine gentleman. To answer your question, I wouldn't say I'm more active then normal on Full Moons, I'm usually in a good mood because that's my favorite time of the month. The only time I get a bit feisty or hyperactive is when the transit Moon is in Aries, crossing over my natal moon. I can always tell, I start to feel restless, a bit irritable and just ready to move on with things. It gives a spike in my energy.

TY NativelyJoan!!! <3

I've been starting to see transits effecting him and my husband both more often! I did see the weird shift in his behavior (especially at school) while the tMoon was in Aries! It was odd, he's not the best behaved student, (ADHD, ASD), but he seemed... settled... during those days, it's also the coupling of the transit squares he had going on there from Aqua/Cap - Saturn transits too. >.<; but, it was the calmest week we've seen in a long time with him... I'll watch closely next time it comes around, that's for sure. ^^

See, since he was a baby, I actually took note of the fact he went "off schedule" (we call it that, but really he would switch from being awake day to night and sleeping the complete wrong hours, it would take weeks sometimes to get him back on track) during those full moons~ but, I never put the two factors together. lol (he still does this each full moon, it makes getting him up/off to school on time a real hassle...) x.x

I think I'll try keeping a journal if I can stay dedicated to it enough, just to see how each transit effects hubby and him, (self too, but it always seems more obvious when watching others! haha)

Really don't know many with this aspect~ I appreciate your insights very very much!!! ^^
