Topic: determining correct sign on cusp

My husband's birth time was Jan. 20, 1958 15:15 in Beirut Lebanon - it seems the sun entered Aquarius that year at 13:29 GMT, and that Lebanon is 2 hours after GMT or 15:29.
I read in her book that one is always one sign or the
other, so just wanting to clarify that this would make
him a Capricorn?
We thought Aquarian, and he was much more resonant

I run the chart with the info you gave, he is a capricorn, with Moon in Aquarius. Also venus is in Aqua IP: Logged |
