What placement would indicate sarcasm?
Mercury in Scorpio?
Mercury hard aspect Mars?
Mercury/Uranus? quick wit
Mercury trine Pluto?
Moon/Saturn?
Sun/Chiron?
What about Jupiter? Jupiter in Cap and Scorpio?

Mercury in Scorpio, most definitely. These types have a biting edge and a lot of sarcasm to their speech when they want to have it. They are the masters of little insults that sting [no pun intended!] but are clever and sly.

Merc-Saturn can make one have a somewhat wry or dry sense of humor. They might be prone to sarcasm but not as much as Scorpio Mercury. They usually don't waste words on such things [especially the hard aspect types].

I've known many Sun-Pluto types, 2 square types who were both really sarcastic when they wanted to be also. I don't know about Merc-Mars... I feel like Merc-Mars gives intense speech and wit, but not necessarily sarcasm in every instance. In most it will give an explosive verbal temper. It depends on other factors, like either planet being in Scorpio, for it to be expressed with sarcasm too.

This is all coming from my personal experience.

Okay, I laughed when I read the first post, because I have almost all of the aspects the OP suggested.

Scorpio Mercury
Conjunct Pluto and Jupiter in Scorpio
Square Mars
Sextile Uranus
Pluto/Jupiter/Mercury conjunct Sagittarius Sun
3H Gemini
Sun quintile Chiron exact
Chiron sextile Mercury/Jupiter/Pluto and trine Uranus

According to that, I should be the SassMaster Extraordinaire!

mercury in scorpio and mercury in aquarius

mercury in gemini is more wit, hilarity, and truth than sarcasm, just like mercury in sag is funny and truthful and blunt.

these four are my faaaavourite mercuries.

The Mercury aspecting Pluto alone has a biting sarcasm.

"Mercury in aspect to Pluto is one of the aspects known for biting sarcasm and this is because the stinger of Pluto is connected to the area of the mind, thought processes and how we communicate to others. Pluto hates any kind of superficiality and they hate people saying things they don't mean. Singer, Marina, has a natal Mercury in square to Pluto and she says annihilating things about other famous females, and is recognized for her witty sarcasms, and hating on other peoples "vapid existence" , but has often joked about her dark and twisted mind. Here is a taster below of the Mercury-Pluto mind of a celebrity."

I have Mercury in Gemini trine saturn, I'm not as sarcastic as these placements suggest, I think it can be rather annoying to others. Sometimes it can come across as rude and thats pretty much the opposite of my personality when dealing with others. I do like dry and sarcastic humour.
Maybe its the combination of mercury moon venus and aspect from jupiter

Heavy Saturn w/ Gemini

it also can depend on where you grew up.

The North east US breeds some pretty sarcastic people by nature.

Gemini; Scorpio; Saturn; Uranus

I don't know many sarcastic people.. I think it's a cultural thing. Where I live, very few people are openly sarcastic, cause if you are, you're seen as "mean" / "unpolite".

I'm naturally sarcastic but I have to tone it down sometimes cause I can offend people easily. But most of the times, it does come off as "biting" joke, and my friends enjoy it.
