I believe that I'm a beautiful human being but my trouble lies in getting everyone else to think so.I just want everyone to see more for the star I really am! I have a Virgo ascendant, Capricorn sun, Saturn in the fifth house, retrograde Mars in Cancer, and Chiron in Leo retrograde. My Mars also opposes Neptune and my Capricorn mercury is conjunct my sun. How do I use these placements for the better? Here are the negatives of these placements: Virgo Rising tends to make me a perfectionist. I second guess everything. Sun in Capricorn strives to be recognized for achievements. When I'm not recognized I get really discouraged. And I guess because my Scorpio moon needs to feel emotionally secure, I don't try succeeding again because I don't like being discouraged. Saturn in the fifth house makes me feel like I'm not good enough. It also makes me envious of people that I feel are less deserving of their talents and attributes. Mars in Cancer takes action with emotion which is a good thing, but it's bad when you have to be immediate or direct. Chiron in Leo makes me feel like my spotlight is totally avoiding me, no matter how hard I try. Mars opposite Neptune "makes it difficult to go after what I want in a direct manner". Mercury conjunct Sun is an interruption of the natural will. IP: Logged |

I've been feeling like this for a little over a week. I feel deserving of attention and recognition. I don't feel wanted or useful (Virgo Rising) so I feel like sh*t.IP: Logged |

I hate to see people with stank attitudes and bad personalities get love, recognition, and attention for the sh*t they do. It's unfair to me. IP: Logged |

I have chiron in leo. I don't care so much for being in the "spot light". Nor do I feel that I don't receive enough attention. I think I receive enough attention from people sometimes I want my privacy. It always seem to find me thou, especially drama. You can have my attention and drama. IP: Logged |

I don't know, Chiron is suppose to represent a persons wounds? My Chiron conjuncts my dads sun, so that relationship is a mess lmao I think it has to do with my father?I think it can be the two extremes, either undesirable attention or no attention at all. Chiron aspects all my personal planets and asc IP: Logged |

caps are not really interested in recognition usually- more security and status and with that comes recognition.saturn in 5th house does block creativity and being recognised for the star that we are. i dont know- i feel like whoever gets recognition deserves it genearlly- i try not to resent people who get recognition because what if it makes them happy even if they dont ''deserve'' it by your measurements i feel it is meanspirited to want to deny someone the spotlight and happiness because they dont meet your criteria of deservedness. i feel like it would help if rather than being bitter you were happy and took joy in others achievements you know, if you limit other people you also end up limiting yourself i feel like if you just keep doing the right thing without being attached to the consequences you will eventually get what makes you happy- but what makes you happy may not be what you think it is.

Since you are a Virgo rising, I assume Chiron in Leo is in your 12th house. If that's the case, I would attribute this position to your frustration. The 12th house is sometimes called the house of self-destruction or self-undoing; Chiron is the wound that will not heal; Leo, of course, is the sign of self-expression. Combining all of these facets together, I'm thinking that your undoing or self-destruction will happen because you keeping trying to heal your wound in Leo by achieving recognition. In other words, you are setting yourself up to be let down. I also have Chiron in Leo and I know how hard it is to submit to the pain this placement causes but if can manage to detach and make this placement work for you, I'm sure you will find satisfaction IP: Logged |

I love recognition for nearly everything, whether its for being on time somewhere or just by showing up. It sounds arrogant I know. I won't throw a fit or anything if said things go unnoticed, though. I just place value on everything and I want others to do the same. I have no problem giving others recognition. Even if I feel like they're undeserving of recognition I'll give it to them but in the back of my mind I'm thinking, "it's not fair". I love supporting others. I feel like it's the only thing I'm good at, really. I just have trouble finding my own support system outside of myself. I don't know anyone that believes me as much as I do. I believe in others as much or possibly even more than I believe in myself.

So it seems Mars in Cancer is in the 11th. This might mean that socially you really do want to be known - but the Neptune opposition makes you hazy or confused about taking direct action in social circles. Some might see you as a bit on the wishy-washy or moody side - not offensively, just one with very sensitive moods. This might make you feel more socially self-conscious and inhibited. This could also show the potentially for moody confrontations with friends that are detrimental for your social standing. I also see emotional fluctuations socially from Mars opposite Uranus. Virgo rising is in the anaretic/mystical 29th degree as many astrologers have called it. To me, it's not so much mystical as it is weary and sometimes reckless in trying to take on the next sign it desperately wants to be in, without often difficult consequences as a result. You might feel particularly Virgoan in your social mask/social standing, in your initial appearances to others, and you're plainly sick of being the neat wallflower type. You want style, a little flair and something elegant and noticeable - the epitome of Libra rising. This rising is actually quite popular which ties in with your need to be noticed. It's a difficult situation without an easy answer, because, quite simply you were born with 29 Virgo ASC and not 0-1 Libra ASC. So you have to make the most of your ASC and try to shed its difficulties and force yourself to be more outgoing. Your ASC ruler Mercury is conjunct Uranus and the Sun. It is closer to the Sun than Uranus. Sun-ASC and Sun-ASC ruler contacts most definitely indicate someone with a craving for some sort of limelight, attention and 'shine' to the personality and recognition from others. And quite often you'll get that recognition. But with the Uranus conjunct we have a difficult mix... since you might feel like you are too 'eccentric' or have eccentric circumstances that detract from your likability and shine, perhaps? Maybe relating to childhood and family conditioning, since these planets all fall in the 4th? It's a bit of a long shot but all I can make of it. Pluto in the 3rd contacts your 4H planets. This might mean you need to ease up on obsessive mental patterns or exterior behaviors that might seem obsessive and too intense. So maybe you need to try to mentally let go and go with the flow about being noticed and supported by others. Clearly, even though the Uranus contacts can shake up things negatively, you do have a very unique and eclectic self that will shine and gain notice in good time. IP: Logged |

Sun in Capricorn and Venus is Pisces make me think your standards are too high, almost to the point of disillusion. This could be a placement that results in a lot of drive and determination, however your Mars is in passive Cancer.Leo in the 11th house implies that your self worth is determined by how others perceive you. Adding Chiron to this makes the situation more painful and emotonalIP: Logged |
