A minor grand trine is formed when a planet sextile a two planets trine each other. A clean example would be Jupiter in Sag trine Mars in Aries and both planets sextile Saturn in Aquarius. My minor grand trine, however, isn't as clean: Venus in Aries trine Mars in Cancer and both planets sextile Moon in Gemini. I love this aspect of mine but since the trine between Venus and Mars isn't traditional(usually trines occur when two planets are in the same element) it is difficult at times to interpret or recognizes the effects has. I would love to hear some opinions on my minor grand trine but also the ones in your chart and this aspect in general
