I'm in love with this guy since I was in school  I'm an avid reader and I used to read all his SH books and short stories and quite fascinated by the personage he created. So I was pondering what aspects/signs that would give Sherlock the abilities he has? that borders on the fantastic? He is very observant of minor details, has astute sense of logical reasoning, can link details to the actual scene of a crime in a blink of an eye and dress up huge conclusions (that are 99.9% correct) on those minor details that could easily go unnoticed by normal folks. This is pure genius! There is almost no mention of where he comes from, except for an elder brother that works in the government. He is a very eccentric gentleman, has unusual habits, has absolutely no sense of tidiness,enjoys living in chaos, has no personal discipline as such, erratic eating habits, sometimes may go on days without eating because he 'forgot'. However he has a painfully precise, methodical way of going about solving puzzles. Regarding his relationship with women, it's almost like they are subjects of study. The only one woman who truly got under his skin was Irene Adler. I believe he genuinely loved her. So, any Sherlock Holmes fans here? IP: Logged |

The author has Aqua Moon as 3rd ruler in 9th sq to Merc (Asc ruler) conj Pluto in 12th.
Uranus (NN and Mc ruler) also in 12th, conj Sun in Gemini.Venus sq the Moon :X

I like BBC's Sherlock series the best. Jim is wonderful, his little "Jim Moriarty. Hii!" won me over god damn...I think Sherlock was a Capricorn? I imagine he's a Capricorn with no water, generally low earth, and maybe an abundance of air.IP: Logged |

^^ Yea me too. Benedict Cumberbatch is A-W-E-S-O-M-E I don't quite get the New York version, how does Lucy Liu fit in the story is a mystery to me! Makes sense, Sherlock is capricorn, may be moon in capricorn since he is not emotional, dispassionate even at times, has even been called 'inhuman', must have Uranus aspects to his ascendant that would explain his eccentricity, uranus sq mercury perharps? Okay I'll make up a fantasy chart for Sherlock...Sun/Moon conjunct in Capricorn square S-turn in Libra
Mercury/Jupiter/Uranus/Neptune stellium in Sagittarius opposite Mars in Gemini
Venus in Aquarius
Pluto in Libra

Why pluto in libra?
