I have Pluto in the 3rd house~ Scorpio.

you didn't give your aspects with Pluto, to your other planets or what sign is on the cusp of your 3rd. If you get the chance,it may help others get an idea of what you are experiencing with it and what it stems from.

My Pluto cnj Mars, (Saturn is also in 3rd for me), all are under Scorpio's rule.

My Pluto may be quite different from yours though, simply because of interacting aspects... my Pluto receives aspects to my IC/MC, ASC/DSC, Venus-Uranus, and stellium Mercury (my chart ruler)-Jupiter-Neptune. Just loooking at Pluto in third interacting with the chart ruling, communication ruling Mercury (sextile), says a lot for how I communicate, learn, and relate (3rd house matters) with others. Having Mars in conjunction also seems to make Pluto even more dynamic than a singleton, I believe... but we don't know until you tell us, if that's the case here...
