Topic: Leo man with personal planets in virgo what kind of women would he like?

I have recently met a Leo man who i think likes me however even though i heard he likes me he hasn't pursued me the way i imagined a Leo would. When i looked at his birthchart i noticed he has a lot of Virgo, unfortunetly i do not know his birth time - here is a link to his chart:
