How does it feel, for you guys? I have Neptune opposite Sun and Neptune conjunct Ascendant with a whole generation (them being Neptune). My relationship with my peers is rather.. very afflicted lol my Pluto squares a lot of Suns of the people who hate me for no reason

Natally, I have Neptune conjunct ASC, Neptune opposite Sun. I am no stranger to my Neptune!!!

In synastry, I have also a whole generation's Neptune oppositing my Venus. lol!

I have Venus conjunct Neptune with someone and it really is a very dreamy aspect. I tend not to count generational aspects with people I have no connection or contact with so I can't tell their influence. In talking about aspects like Saturn square Uranus and others with the outer planets.

The Venus/Neptune manifests as a very ethereal and surreal feeling. It feels like pure love. There also is a "unspoken" rapport as well.

Gemini Sun
Libra Moon
Gemini Mercury
Cancer Venus
Virgo Mars
Virgo Asc

And yes, I'm a guy!

Neptune afflicted in synastry = feels *heavenly* at first and then quickly degrades into a complete disillusion.

I don't like seeing hard Neptune aspects anywhere, be it natal, synastry or composite. They scream deceit/disappointment to me.

Trines are good though. But they also have the potential for deceit.. Conjunctions even moreso, but they're not usually as "dangerous" as squares/oppositions.

My generation's nine squares my Venus..... it's an ugly drug..... the person comes across idealized until the ugliness shows and it's hard coming down....

I realized that anyone born in my generation (87) their Neptune will oppose my Cancer Mercury which I have natal. So all the guys my age I dated in the past, basically the communication felt like mixed signals really, never concluded a REAL relationship with any of those guys and I understand now but then I suffered cause couldn't understand I was building sand castles lol.

So I started dating people 5 years or 6 older which is nice cause their NN is close to my Sun and their Jupiter conjunct my Pluto for 81,82 born people. I now have lots of friends around that age.

I can really relate to that.... anybody born around my time makes for a bad romantic relationship...... so I have always gone for older.....I just don't want any more Neptune influenced relations...

I'm dating a Gemini Sun with Gem Venus opposite Neptune (with tight orb) when I saw this I went "oh no." Especially since I have Gemini Venus exactly conjunct his - so I'm activating his Venus-Neptune Opposition. I must be activating those rose colored glasses for him Which also concerns me - like does he perceive me unrealistically and will he deceive me? Or wil I? We've only been dating a month so yeah and he is 6 years older than me.

My bf was born in 87 too, he also has Cancer mercury/mars opposite neptune (wide). Can I ask you how those aspect (mercury opposite neptune) manifest in your way of thinking? I'm trying to understand him as sometimes I need to draw in the paper or telling him a story where I will insert some words that I want to tell him directly but fail. I never have any difficulty in communication with my friends or family but him.

I am younger than him, so my neptune also activates his mercury and mars.

My mercury sextile saturn/uranus/asc/jupiter/moon and square pluto.

As a neptune in the synastry, once the planet person keeps disappointing the Neptune, it's hard to see the planet person the same again. Neptune can be blind at first but once the ugly keeps coming out, Neptune slowly builds a disappointment tower.

Neptune relationship can be a blessed if both person are highly spiritual. I think.

Since my Mercury's only harsh aspect is Neptune cause it trines Pluto and ASC, I think I day dream A LOT, I can't focus that much, that's true, and my way of communicate is by emotions most of the time but then again I'm heavily water.

As this aspect is hard to take when I'm talking to people specially my age cause I feel there's no real communication as in I tend to imagine and make stories in my head, I think that's the Neptune/Mercury.
Then again Neptune squares my Moon, widely but does so it's hard for me to keep my emotions in check and be real about it, I believe I fool myself when it comes to emotions and way of communicate, don't know if that makes sense?

Can I ask about your placements? I know, when I understood this, it was easier for me, now I have to deal with other placements but not as hard as the ones from my generation.

Venus in Pisces (10th) square Jupiter and Neptune in Sagittarius (6th). Anybody in my generation has Neptune.... or Neptune and Jupiter in the early degrees of Sagittarius. I have been through a bunch if relationships with Men that have their Neptune's there. rose colored glasses, thinking it's a great relationship until the dysfunctional behaviour starts up.
