I think it just makes it easy for the person to attract admirers. If it is supported by other factors then the person may have multiple partners.

Yes I would think so op. I know 7th house ruler in its own sign makes a person extremely desirable to others.
I've seen that in charts of eligible bachelors and bachelorettes I know. Even if the ruler was saturn...

I remember seeing a chart of a famous model from the 70's or 60's which had saturn in libra in the 7th house. She had multiple marriages with powerful men

“… I never had any fixed aim before my eyes, and that my system, if it can be called a system, has been to glide away unconcernedly on the stream of life, trusting to the wind wherever it led.…”
Giacomo Casanova
Casanova is, from his chart, more of a Uranian: Uranus rising in Scorpio, Moon conjunct Lilith in Sagittarius – a lot of his socio-sexual romantic success would have been surely due to how genuinely comfortable he felt with transgressive and independent women.
He has Midheaven in Leo square Uranus in Scorpio rising conjunct the South Node…so avant garde for the time but his fame lingers – there is a longevity afforded with that Leo Midheaven.
And he’s actually massively Piscean: Fortuna, Jupiter, Mars, Vesta, Venus and Mercury all in Pisces and in the 5th house. Plus Mercury opposite Pluto. So of course he had to write about it. Oh how he would have loved the internet, poor thing.
And Moon in Saggo square Jupiter/Mars in Pisces – the perpetual divine dissatisfaction? And what was up with Casanova’s mother?
Casanova was an artist and philosopher, the seductions were just a side-effect & most likely more to do with the times than him.

Ruler of the Seventh house in the seventh house

Both Vedic and Western astrologers agree that the seventh house rules one’s public interactions and also closest relationships with spouse etc., Due to the commanding placement of this seventh ruler in his own sector, the person exhibits a very powerful influence on others and is quite charismatic. There will be ample opportunity for this person to attract numerous interesting people and could even have multiple partners in life. Should the person marry, under the auspicious influences of the Seventh ruler, then the partner will be of a noble and spiritual disposition. Strong planets in this angle in their own houses and signs confer royal prestige.

^u were right i suppose it does make for such a possibility. vedic though. it would be my libra mars (that sounds so weird to say)

Ruler of the Seventh House in the First House

As the Seventh House rules movements and travels, its ruler’s placement in the Ascendant makes one prone to much moving about and could even result in the proverbial “a rolling stone gathers no moss”. Some Vedic authorities say that the person may eventually marry someone who had resided in their house earlier in life, but in any case, because of the sexual nature of the seventh house, the individual is partial to constantly being surrounded by members of the opposite sex. This influence is somewhat nullified if the planets involved are malefic or receive difficult aspects.

Yes.

He has the same placements and angles as me, btw. All 4 angles are mutable, Sun and Moon mutable, DSC in Virgo, Mercury in Virgo in the 7th house, Node on the DSC.
In my college years, at any point of time, I would juggle two boyfriends at the same time, because one was never enough.
