Its honestly a good nights sleep if I don't remember any of my dreams or if someone is sleeping next to me..

my dreams always so weird or scary plus the sleep paralysis is not fun. I can lucid dream but it always scares the **** out of me. When I realize im dreaming I start to panic lmao..

Its like wait why am I at the mall I should be sleeping right now. OOOOOOOOH DAMN!

I just experienced 3 lucid dreams/ sleep paralysis tonight..

I think thats related with the moon.

Does anyone know anything about natal aspects and dreaming?

Okaaaaaaaay yes! my friends getting in bed with me good night, but I am curious to read your opinions and experiences...

^Sleep paralysis is when you're technically awake but your body is still asleep, so you can't really move.

kk, well I get those too, but usually they are not unpleasant dreams. I feel as if I'm both awake and sleeping at the same time.

Everyone gets them, but do you have them at least thrice a night?

I'm pretty sure I have some sleeping disorder, I've never really looked into it.

Truth be told, I like when I get those out of the ordinary lucid dreams, am 99.99999% sure that something is about to happen. Like once, I dreamt that there will be a change at work, I could see myself moving to another department in the dream. It was weird, like a slow motion movie. It actually happened the same week.

I've never tried sleeping on my stomach.. because thats not natural to me, but I hear thats suppose to cure them.

Maybe the little demons are going doggie style now...

Lucid dreaming is annoying, its hard to control them. Especially when your subconscious is like fuckk this you figure this ****** plot out . OKAAAY LETS SWITCH TO BRAIN PORN...... NOPPPPE THIS WAS A BAD IDEA...

Disturbed? hmm No I don't think so.
Well I get them from lucid dreaming which happens atleast 3 times a night. The rest of my dreams I don't remember, I think I subconsciously block them out.

Idk it happens when Im completely alone. Like if my roommate is not home.
Basically I don't like to be alone at night.. Idk why, I'm a baby I guess..

Do you think it might be due to too much brain porn? *kidding*

Have you tried meditation?

I do yoga with mediation elements.
I think its because I have 12th house ruler with my moon so that makes my subconscious intimidating.

I don't switch to brain porn anymore, that was so high school. Its really overrated. Its so funny because like I'm talking to someone during my lucid dreams and we both stall and Im like WTF IS GOING ONNNNNNN ARE YOU REAL PERSON? They don't answer, which bugs me.. I was talking to this creepy old man tonight, he just approached me out of nowhere. Honestly I've probably seen him once in my life maybe in a crowd or something.

But I should not have asked him if he was devil because he started laughing and then I got a sleep paralysis.... Anyways its easier to blame satan then my obviously weak sanity. Whatever he thought it was a funny joke..

I have this too.

I feel like...Im watching myself...
Couple other times I felt as if some shadow was leaning in over my head.

On a side note I have strange episodes...

Once...in this state I felt someone grab my waist...

Another time I felt like someone was on the floor by side of my bed tugging my comforter down.

Another time when I felt the sheets being tugged at I thought I saw a girl sitting on the floor. She seemed sad. But I bolted out of the room.

And yesterday, I watched a movie about jinns. And in my room I thought I saw a shadow move. Then I went to bed in my moms room and again same thing.

Yes, I know. Bad movies. Bad dreams.

Also sleep paralysis is a medical condition. Everyones body is supposed to be paralyzed during certain phases of sleep but unfortunately for some of us we end up waking up mentally while our body is paralyzed.

The temporal lobe is what has been said to be the problem. That is also interestingly the same associated site that is affect in schizophrenia. Though sleep paralysis is a disorder that is completely different, I just find that something to think about.

Hallucinations. That is the one thing that is related to the temporal lobe and schizophrenia.

Ok so...I sleep on the side. When I get this I kick my feet. It takes time and I struggle but eventually I can pull out of it.

Generally when Im drop dead tired and I am praying an fall asleep this happens. So...when you are sleepy just sleep and pray in the morning. lol

Stress and lack of a daily sleep schedule increases this. So...with yoga meditate, keep a calm mind durring the whole day, sleep at a fixed time, sleep enough.

Funny I saw this today on the forums because last night I was just talking to my man about sleep paralysis. I get them quite frequently and everytime my heart is rushing like it was going to burst. Not a pleasant experience when my brain is awake and conscious but my body wasn't. So now everytime I have sleep paralysis I go "o sh*t not this again!" I usually get the feeling that there's an intruder in the house and my brain is screaming for me to wake up.

Last night I tried really hard to lay on my side to sleep instead of on my back. I woke up frequently because I needed to adjust back to the side position.

But like u all said, this definitely has to do with stress or a disrupted sleep pattern. I've been screwing up my sleep schedule lately so I am going to try and regulate that again.

I can relate to all of you. I used to have sleep paralyis very often, but it stopped a couple of months ago when I started to go to leep at the same time, no coffee a couple of hours before sleep, and most important - I have an eyepatch (I think thatīs what itīs called in english?) so I canīt see anything.

When I used to have sleep paralysis I would hallucinate and one time I saw a woman standing next to my bed. I would see shadows other times, and meny times I would feel like ghosts were pushing me down in the bed and whispering to me. I would have dead relatives visiting me, and so on.. Sometimes it was fun, but mostly it was terrifying.

Now when i have sleep paralysis I canīt see anything, but I do feel like Iīm almost having a seazure, like my head is about to explode, everything feels so energized inside me, really weird.. Itīs like all my energy comes out in my dreams.

I think itīs a matter of sleeping pattern and stress, not an astrological matter. But if I was to guess Iīd say 12th thouse is involved. Also having an overactive imagination, and being too mentally active, so strong neptune and mercury in the chart? (I have no idea though..)

Bad dreams... we all have those - well, most of us...it's usually a message from the subconscious - something we suppress which can be interpreted with a dream dictionary or by someone who has knowledge in interpreting dreams.

Sleep Paralysis... that's a different story - and same goes for those "shadow appearances" - both the watchers and the ones that try to cover you in darkness (can even feel their touch). Generally speaking - the cases of those who experience them might be more rare, but still plenty: http://www.end-your-sleep-deprivation.com/shadow-people-and-dark-demonic-entities-during-sleep-paralysis.html (that's just one such topic). They are demonic/dark in nature - and maybe it's hard/harder to believe for those that haven't experience them... but "they are real" - and there's a way to deal with them as in "summoning light". Most cultures know some way to summon light: chanting mantras, praying, zen meditation or similar practices - but they work. We all have both darkness and light inside - one side being dominant and some - use their dark side to dominate them, but that's not really a good idea... cause this turns in to a challenge - and "stronger ones will just take their place"... Maybe there are some people - whom are influenced mostly by darkness - who have a lot of demonic strength and find some pleasure in challenging them, but... with darkness there's no control - and eventually they end-up being possessed. If you summon light - even stronger appearances tend to go away...and won't be back for awhile... at least till you summon darkness in some way - and make yourself vulnerable.

From what i noticed - having some planets in 12 House (especially the dominant, as in - Neptune) makes you more subjective to this type of appearances... and same goes for North Node.

^I have Neptune in the 12th and NN in Pisces.

But thankfully it hasn't happend to me many times.

It is scary when you mentioned stronger ones taking their place. The last time it happened,I started to pray,at that point the pressure I felt began to hurt.

Not cool man,not cool.

Maybe your mind is trying to astral project out while your asleep. Sleep paralysis is the first few stages of Astral projection.

Some are kinda week - they just like to watch and mingle around the room... might be weaker than your inner darkness - and if you give in (to you your inner darkness) by drawing power from inside and a waking the instinct to dominate they might flee (if they're weaker) but, doing that might come as a challenge - cause after you go back to sleep another one appears which is usually on a different strength level - his aura will overwhelm you. Yet, even against a stronger one - summoning light we'll keep them away.

- they have different shapes and sizes, some are even liquid... but it's hard to say if they share a common interest, maybe most just feed on our fear... The scariest experiences i had involved - an outer-body experience... there was this dark humanoid shape in the black corner from my room (between two cabinets) - that dragged me out of my room... and i could see the room from exterior as if looking at a cube and there was nothing else around it just darkness... and that's what scared me the most "THERE WAS NOTHING THERE!" - just PURE DARKNESS! ... my room as i was seeing it from distance - was the only light source around... so i struggled and pushed myself back. That experience - was probably the worst i had until this point in my life... cause i tend to see hope even beyond death - but that place, that void of darkness - was hopeless... there was nothing there, nothing at all...
