I have Mercury in the 3rd House and it seems like I have the shortest arms out of my ENTIRE family. I’m 5’2 with 5’6 and 6’2 parents as well, it has always bothered me. If the 8th House is responsible for one’s genitalia, what would having the 8th House ruler placed in the 8th House indicate in a female and/or male? For instance, Aquarius Uranus placed in the 8th House and Scorpio Pluto placed in the 8th House.
